Poor service just all around.

Dr. Do and the whole staff at Manoa Dental are top notch! Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable and takes the time to get to know you as a person. I went for treatment of my sleep apnea and I am so impressed with the results. I sleep through the night, snoring has stopped and I wake up rested and ready for the day. I would recommend Manoa Dental to everyone.

I recently discover Dr Do at Manoa Dental. I’ve had an underbite all my life of 40 something years, every dentist and orthodontist that I saw has always told me that I needed jaw surgery. I then saw Dr Do who has change my life! The first doctor to ever told me that I can fix my underbite with just braces by moving not just the teeth but the bone. I’m only three months in and I am so happy with my results. Before, my face was very flat and my top lip was flat and my nose was flat. Now my top lips are fuller and my top jaw and face is more fuller and I just love my profile.! My friend saw me the other day and thought I had plastic surgery. I am so happy I discover Dr Do. The office and everyone is so nice. If you have an underbite, go see her!

I had such a great experience with Manoa Dental. I’ve been a patient of theirs for 3 years now and have come here for cleanings, Ortho, extraction and dental implants. The crew over here is the best! Always a pleasure when I have to visit and they always take care of me. 10 of 10 would recommend!

unusual practice from my experience. only cleaning half of my teeth at a time even though I’m young and healthy, won’t tell me if I have cavities until not next visit, but next next visit according to my dentist. seems kind of shady, feel like I’m getting nickeled and dimed for no reason. the work is good though and the assistants and desk workers are nice

Dr. Do is the best! I cannot compare her to any other dentist that I’ve had. My only regrets is that I haven’t searched earlier for her. I am being selfish when I say I don’t want her to retire! She is a little pricey BUT it is because she is literally amazing. 5 out of 5 star dentistry work. Your oral health is so important and I only want the best for my teeth.She has done things that previous dentist told me was impossible, gave me options, and fixed my TMJ! (My other previous dentist would file down my back teeth telling me to get Botox in my jaw to relax it for my pain!) I am so happy to have the best dentist on the island! She is great, I highly recommend her.

Dr. Do and team has always been amazing from my consultation to now, with my spacer appliances. I have tight teeth spacing which I wasn’t aware of but they worked diligently to get it on!! Now I just have to perfect my speech. Can’t wait to finish my whole procedure with Dr. Do and her team!

Always a great experience! Dr Keri Do has been keeping me and my smile healthy and happy for over 20 years. She’s courteous, caring and knowledgeable...always personable and interested in my general health and well being. Staff is very professional and caring too. I highly recommend MDC to anyone! My daughter was referred to Dr. Do by her pediatrician because of clicking in her jaw. Dr. Do explained everything she was doing to correct the problem. We learned so much from her on how jaw problems can affect one's overall health. She fixed the TMJ problem, straightened her teeth and kept us up-to-date on all aspects of the treatment. Her staff was so accommodating and friendly and best of all my daughters teeth look beautiful and she couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend Manoa Dental, Dr. Do and her entire staff.

Had some work done on the mainland that was still giving me problems. Went to Manoa Dentist and they fixed everything. Great experience. Great staff. If I lived on the island this would be my regular dentist.

Been visiting here for many years and the staff is amazingly friendly and informative. The office is exceptionaly clean and everything is top notch and up to date. Enjoy straming TV while you get your dental work done and free wifi! I recommend to every one who asks who my dentist is. 5 stars!

Dr. Keri Do - Outstanding I would recommend her for all your cosmetic treatments. The staff was excellent very friendly and knowledgeable.

Came here for a deep cleaning. Dr. Choy did an excellent job and it was the least painful cleaning I've had. They also have a TV over the chair that you can watch movies on, which really helps.

DON'T BE DECEIVED. It seems like a wonderful dentist office initially, sucking you in with a nice office and charming personality. Quickly will push expensive and unnecessary extra fees/services on you during procedure and let you know of additional expenses after it's over. Not to mention had to see Dr. Do three times to complete one crown, which was still done incorrectly, causing further damage, and ultimately had to be fixed by another dentist because there was no way I was coming back to this office. When I questioned her methods/billing structure, she quickly became defensive, insulting, and demeaning. Finally wrote a check to reimburse me after my legitimate complaints, and then stopped the check before I could cash it without any forewarning (which also caused me extra fees from my bank). Dr. Do's office refused to return my calls, letters, or emails afterwards. Most unscrupulous and expensive dentist I have EVER encountered. If you think their office is nice, it's because they upsell their unwitting patients. Be wary if you come here, or you'll be paying (literally) for it.

There are no words to fully describe how AMAZING the team is here. I have been suffering for 9mo. with pain no one could diagnose, after spending thousands in specialists. I immediately had my answer and was fully informed and explained why/where the pain was from. On top of that, I am afraid of the dentist. Hands down afraid. They did EVERYTHING and then some to make sure you were comfortable and knew what to expect, and put on a movie! It’s rare to find healthcare providers now that take their time and genuinely care. They will forever and ever be thought of when it comes to any form or dental or health care, and recommended to EVERYONE! I sincerely cannot thank them enough!

I absolutely enjoyed my experience with Dr. Do and her staff at Manoa dental. The office is so clean and organized and they make you feel very comfortable. I’m absolutely in love with my smile. She gave me my dream smile.

DO NOT GO HERE. Granted they do provide a good service and their work looks good. But if any problem arises after your visit, they will charge you an arm and a leg to fix their own mistakes. Once they have your money, they become extremely rude, practically refuse to help you in any way. All around terrible business from the receptionist all the way to the dentist. DO NOT GO HERE.
