Horrible customer service, was using them for years and had an emergency come up, and they tried to charge a fee for a late appointment change. No thanks I’ll find another dentist. Disappointing at best.

Friendly but not knowledgeable. Based diagnosis on x-ray only without doing an physical exam was misdiagnosed saying a root canal was needed and prescribed no antibiotics for pain, suffered the whole weekend until I was able to see my regular dentist for a proper diagnosis and treatment. Please get a second opinion you go o this practice and are told you need a root canal.

I have been using the Temple Valley Dental Group for over three years. I was referred there by a friend. In my experience there I have never had one complaint or reason for changing dental services. The receptionists as always helpful, friendly and full of Aloha. The dental staff are always helpful with explaining what procedure I will be going through, what I can expect and an estimate on how long the procedure will take. They constantly ask about my welfare, if I am experiencing any pain, if I need to "take a break" during the procedure or if there is anything to make me more comfortable. At my age I have been through a lot of dentists and the Temple Valley Dental group definitely is the best experience I have had relative to my dental care. I definitely recommend this service to anyone on the Windward Side of Oahu. Mahalo for all you have done to make dental care easier.
