Fantastic team! Very friendly crew.

Just called to say that I had an emergency extraction that needed to be done and was told that the next available was 2 weeks away because i was not referred. I'm in pain now Jose (from their call center)!!...all he said was go to the E.R....so much for same day consult and referral per another review on their site....I have severe anxiety and that experience has my heart palpitating now....thank you so much for your help.

This is an excellent practice that actually makes me look forward to my dental appointment. David (my Doc) and Kari (my Hygienist) are at the very top of excellence. Doctor D guided me from start to finish in replacing a 45 year old root canal with an implant and new tooth, all the while preparing other crooked teeth for the new one resulting in the best smile I have ever had (since I was 12 and before). Kari has helped me maintain that and woo my girlfriends with my now sparkling white teeth. Life is good with Gentle Dentle!! J. Amos, Mililani.

Been going there for awhile they don't know how to deal with ins. And if you call them about a problem you never get a answer. Everything is I don't know or I was busy. So if you want to get your teeth cleaned your fine but anything don't bother just go somewhere else cause you will have to do all the trouble shooting yourself

They never answer phone calls nor messages. Left multiple voicemails and messaged them through their website. My last visit I was told I should have my fillings fixed asap. I was told I would be given a call the next business day with a quote and so I can schedule an appointment. No call back, etc. It’s been more than a month and now my teeth are hurting.

Just went in because a tooth was bothering me by scraping the side of my mouth. Went in for x-rays to confirm it was my wisdoms. They were able to extract not only the one that was bothering me but the other side as well. This was done on site. I let them know about my anxiety and they took excellent care of me and made me feel safe the whole time. Amazing doctors and accompanying staff. The front desk was also super helpful. My paperwork was ready to go, and they had already pulled my insurance before I got there. I can’t say enough good things about this place.

I can't get in touch with them. I called and left messages and no call back. My daughter have her braces done there and now there's no orthodontist for months and they never took care of who will takeover to service my daughters brace. They never answer their phone. Are they even still in business?

it was one of the best visits I’ve experienced by a medical professional. The level of care and service delivered by the entire team at Dr. David office is stellar. It began from the moment i called to make the appointment. The receptionist was so pleasant to speak with and assisted us with all questions. On the day of my appointment, we were warmly welcomed to the office and they knew who i was without me even saying my names. I’m sure they see so many faces so this was a nice touch. The visit itself was so educational and thorough. Dr. David patiently explained all X-rays and services needed. It was like sitting with my father or uncle. I am so happy to have found a new dental home ! I cannot say enough great things about the Dr. David and his team. If you are in need of a dentist, look no further. You will not be disappointed.

Worst experience ever, super dirty and rude staff. We waited to be seen after two other people that came in after us and were in front of us they told us, then they told us that they didn’t have time to do my cleaning or finish my appointment because I had a question for the dentist and they are short on time. They said they would only have time to do the x-rays so basically they wanted to collect my insurance money and not do anything as far as their job goes. All the other positive reviews must be employees and family members because this place was scary

I cannot praise them enough. The entire staff is kind, accommodating and professional. My son has had some pretty traumatic dental experiences before finding this place and I absolutely love how gentle they are and how they take the time to explain everything they are doing and allow for questions. For scared kids, that makes a huge difference. My son is growing much more confident with each visit. Thank you!!

Jason is the very best dental hygienist! He gently gave my teeth an excellent cleaning with both electric and manual equipment without causing any pain and bleeding. I want Jason to clean my teeth in the future! Thank you Jason.
