The office is clean. From experience on my visit. The staff is very unprofessional and no one smiled at all. They didn’t even know how to check on my coverage. During the cleaning, the hygienist was ok but I feel he was not thorough because my mouth didn’t feel refreshed compared to where I had been going. I didn’t go back anymore

This was my 1st appointment at Diamond Head Dental Care Pearl City and as the last appointment on a Monday evening, I wouldn't have been surprised to have been somewhat disregarded and rushed. All the staff showed me patience and my hygenist Chantel went above and beyond to make me feel like I was getting a thorough and sufficient cleaning. When I say she worked a wonder cleaning my teeth is an understatement! My Doc made sure I was inspected and updated with all important info regarding my dental maintenance. I have been going to Ala Moana Dental for almost 10 years now and I honestly would not go anywhere else. The staff is friendly, compassionate, knowledgeable and really make you feel at ease. They have all the latest technology. Dr Matto is such a great dentist. He is thoughtful, caring and very thorough. He also called me to check on me after a root canal which i thought was exceptional. They have great hours too! I highly recommend them!!!

I’ve been going to Diamond Head Dental Care ever since they opened. They are quick and professional. They don’t try to pressure sales you into getting dental work that you don’t need. Their hygienist are quick. My cleanings are within 45 minutes. I like the ease of booking appointments. Dr. Matto is excellent at explaining things and in the work he performs. I’ve recommended them to at least 3 of my friends, and they’ve all had great experiences. I’m so happy they’re opening a new location. Simply allows for more convenience and availability for appointments.
