I have been a patient of Eagle River Smiles since moving to Idaho 2yrs ago and I can say that my experience has been amazing. Dr Baird and his entire staff make me feel like I’m a superstar!!! From the greeting when I enter until the time that I leave, they treat me with a smile and joy... it’s a totally pleasurable experience. The assistants don’t just “take care of business” they build rapport with you and always make sure you’re comfortable. Dr Baird is equally as personable; actually even more. He never recommends anything that’s extreme or unneeded and you can tell he sees you as not only a patient but also a real person (not just a number). He not only takes time to find out what your goals are for your smile; but he cares about your personal life as well. He’s the BEST... the entire staff for that matter. If I could sum things up I’d say this... It never feels like you’re in a dental office; it seems as though you’re in a high end spa!! I mean honestly; where else can you get your teeth cleaned while watching a tv on the ceiling and wearing headphones??? Exactly... NOWHERE!!!

Very unprofessional. After 2 visits last year, they cancel my appointment this year 2 weeks before for reasons Im unsure, and I made it almost 2 months ago! In today's covid-19 climate thats just unacceptable! It takes a while to get an appointment with any medical provider. All those insurance payments are useless if we cant use it.
