Very bad experience, bad customer service gave me unreliable information for treatment without pre authorization from my insurance, which I always do, ending up charged me money for periodically cleaning that covered 100% by my insurance, with claim that did something else… They have front desk who answered to phone Vanessa, stuck up know it all, that actually don’t know anything to save her life…and giving wrong information…!!! the worst customer service, bad attitude with no respect to their clients. Stay away do not go there for service we never go again… and this clinic need to teach manners to their employees that answering phones in the front desk… horrible experience!!!

New to the area. Receptionist was extremely friendly and passed the time waiting for the hygienist in a very nice conversation about the area and places to go and visit while in the Boise area. The hygienist was very enjoyable, very concerned about my comfort, a great conversationalist and kept me laughing throughout the x-ray and examination process. She explained everything to me and why she does certain procedures. I now have a better understanding of the examination process. The doctor next explained the procedure he was about to perform and was very thorough in his procedure. I would highly recommend this dentist and their staff to anyone.

Update: I had my dental cleaning and it was amazing. The dental hygienist said “well, it doesn’t have to hurt”. Also, the front office is very helpful- they kept calling my insurance company to make sure I was covered, and told me exactly what to do on my side. My previous review: New management, but same great staff and practice. My teeth cleaning was thorough (and gentle). Emily the dental hygienist is fun and helpful. Did I just say teeth cleaning is fun?! I highly reccomend the team- text messages remind me about appointments, helpful suggestions on future tooth care. Excellent.
