I have anxiety when it comes to dentists, and getting my teeth cleaned. I had a great experience with Aspen Dental on 04/03/2023, and will continue to go back. The staff was very welcoming, their pricing is affordable if you don’t have insurance, and it seems like they work with all types of clients. Thank you for checking my teeth out. :-)

Highly advise not to use these clowns. Went in for a $1200 partial. Left with a $49,000 estimate, and they wouldn’t do a partial until I had $49,000 worth of work done first.

They were great. Very compassionate towards my bad teeth condition. Just not very happy I have to wait a month to get my teeth pulled. The oral surgeon comes only once a month.

This was the first dental appointment in a long time. My teeth are not the best at the moment, the staff made me feel comfortable and they listened to my worries. They also explained everything in detail to me so I had no questions. Aspen Dental is amazing and the staff is so nice.

I went into this location in November with an abscessed tooth, it was my first visit at this location i needed help with insurance paperwork being filled out which took a month of myself and my insurance company calling to get resolved. 2 months later I am still having complications from the extraction they did and now they refuse to return any of my calls. Dr. Sanders or staff is highly NOT recommended. Not to mention charging over $300 for 1 non impacted non surgical tooth removal. I regret the only visit I have had there and will not be going back. Disgusting service. I hope this deters some.

Do not go here! First off, terrible receptionist. Then, they will do bad work and won’t be able to fit you in to fix their terrible job.

After the experience I had with my last dentist, Wayne Clayborne, the worst dentist I've ever had, Aspen Dental was a refreshing experience. The people there are amazing.

I was so relieved to get seen by Dr. Openshaw at Aspen/Meridian when all other dentists offices were closed the day after Thanksgiving. He was kind and experienced and was able to solve my dental problem on that day.

The professionalism and empathy of the entire staff is top notch! I had to restart the whole process of dentures after a horrifying experience elsewhere. They all were so amazing and kind about my situation. I just cannot rave about them enough!

Very nice staff! Immediately gave me some pain meds for my tooth until I get a root canal. They make you feel so welcome :)

The doctor and the staff are absolutely have great bedside manners I had a very bad emergency they took care of me like I was one of their own best place ever.

I booked an appointment and asked to get set up as a new patient as well as getting a cleaning. When I showed up for my appointment all employees were professional and friendly. However, this dental office was not able to perform the requested services in a timely manner. I was there for an hour and a half and only had scans of my mouth taken and gum recession measured. I spent as much time waiting as I did being seen by their employees. When after an hour and a half I had yet to receive a cleaning I chose to leave. I hope that this office can address their scheduling issues I experienced. The employees all seemed nice and professional, but I can’t wait all day to get dental services. I wish that they had communicated their scheduling issues prior to my appointment or even during the appointment. I will be going elsewhere in the future.

Great experience. I visited 4 times: once for a cleaning and 3 separate times to get crowns replaced. Everyone was so nice. They are like one big family! They always know my name when I walk in. If you need any kind of dental work, go to Aspen Dental. They have the latest in technology and offer payment plans. If you are looking for a job, look up careers on the Aspen Website. A lot of opportunity for advancement with benefits.

I don't normally post reviews but the experience I had today was so beyond disappointing. I took my fiance in to assess some wisdom teeth that have been causing them significant pain. During the first hour, not only did they talk about my fiance's teeth like they weren't even sitting there but they were focusing on every other area other than what was causing them pain. The second hour consisted of them addressing hygenic procedures that were not dire to the situation and then when we finally got to the wisdom teeth they said they couldn't do it and referred us elsewhere (thank goodness for that). When the consultation was over we were directed to talk about the finance options to take care of some deep cleaning which would cost of 3,500 on top of having to do wisdom teeth extractions elsewhere. We will not be returning and not reccomending this facility to anyone.
