My name is ileana. I'm going to tell you what happened to me at the so "friendly and knows it all" dentist Dr. Orme's clinic. I went there for cleaning, even though I had a prior incident to which I lost a molar, and he never took responsibility for His fault. So after the cleaning, I was told I had a cavity. I thought it most be very small since I had "no pain whatsoever". Went back a couple hours later for a filling. He never took x-rays. He just assumed had to drill so deep, centimeters closer to my nerve. The next day I was in a horrific pain. I called his office. I saw a lost for words doctor. When done rubbing off the tooth, he stood up, he said in an upsetting attitude: "Have a good Day" I continued to have more pain. Decided to go to a different dentist. They took x-rays. Showed how deep he drilled into my molar. Ended up at an Endodontics for an emergency $1,175.00 root canal. Dr. Orme really messed up my molar. Now the next procedure is a crown which we all know costs more than $1000. Please draw your own conclusions. Think twice if you need a responsible dentist committed to the "Highest Standards" of the profession. PS: Do Not call me

I needed to find a new dentist due to insurance issues. I’m so pleased to have found Orme Dental. The Staff is so welcoming and courteous. I started using a CPap machine and it was helping my breathing but I was having a real hard time with dryness, canker sores and in general a lot of discomfort. Thanks to Dr Orme for caring for me in the middle of the pandemic. I’m doing so much better and have the right medication. God Bless all of you.

In my dental journey, i visit many doctors in meridian Boise even to our closest state Salt Lake City, Oregon and Washington state, they’re all price$ was very higher and that makes you feeling not comfortable with behaving too. Fortunately I find this doctor Orme family he is a good character honest responsible and take care of you very well and his priority is the satisfaction of their customers I am so thankful that I met him and he is taking care of me with a Affordable price of implant and crown with good work that you 100% feeling your in right hand! the customer services awesome too!! 02/2020 After DAYS of looking for a Medicaid-accepting clinic for adults, I finally gave this clinic a call and got on the schedule. Booked pretty far out, but I don’t have any urgent needs so it works for me. The receptionist was kind and professional. I hope I won’t have to change this review after my visit! 03/20 went well!! 07/2020 Update- wisdom tooth surgery went well. Lots of anxiety going in but the dentist was reassuring about the recovery process. The office is also taking proper procedures to limit the spread of COVID. Keeping it at 5 stars!!

Love these people! I have recently taken both of my residents (who have developmental disabilities) to see Dr. Orme. I was so impressed by him and his staff and their treatment of these guys! It was a very refreshing change from how we are usually approached and treated. “Family dentistry” at its finest! Very fitting name!! Thank you all for being so gracious.
