My daughter had her wisdom teeth out what was supposed to be a half hour thing turned into being a ten min thing and the nurse that she has was amazing, my daughter wanted to bring her home with us so she could take care of her at home. It was a very pleasant experience. My husband went in for dental work and he has severe dental anxiety. The staff was friendly and reassuring every step of the way. We ran into a hiccup with billing, and had to sort something out while we were in office. I was on the phone for almost an hour with another company and they at the office were so patient with us while we resolved the issue. The doctor was very nice and professional, as well as the rest of the staff. Bobbi was who was working with us the most that day and she was super nice and helpful. Thank you all for your help, my husband had and extremely great experience and that’s the first time he’s ever said that about the dentist!

It takes a lot for me to leave a review, but I can’t in good faith to other potential patients not leave this one. I’ve been dealing with TMJ/TMD issues for five years now. I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Sitaram to get a second opinion on my current treatment. I was told it would be a rather long appointment, as he would be doing a full evaluation and discussing treatment. The appointment took 30 mins from waiting room to checkout. He had zero sensitivity or bedside manner for my situation and told me he recommended I get a $100,000 (not kidding) jaw surgery requiring traditional braces both before AND after surgery, and that the process would start with an expensive sleep study to treat apnea that I’ve never been told I have by any other dentist or doctor and have zero symptoms of. He refused to address my main concern, which was my shifting/crooked teeth and the cosmetic concerns I had relating to that and my TMJ. Regardless of whether or not that expensive treatment is the best option for me (I do not think it is), he had absolutely no patience for me or the delicacy of my situation and how the news of his recommended drastic treatment would be incredibly upsetting. The appointment cost a flat out of pocket $200 for him to tell me that in 15 mins time and to be incredibly arrogant while doing it. Please go elsewhere if you want to be treated with respect and sensitivity.

I cannot say enough good about Dr. Sitaram and his staff! I had 3 extractions today. I have always been scared of the Dentist...NOT TODAY!! From start to finish with xrays maybe 30 mins tops!! I never felt any pain. He's definitely a 1 of a kind Dentist. He talks you thru everything as he's doing the procedure. Definitely 5 stars 🌟

The staff was very nice and helpful and when they use the anesthesia medicine it's quick and easy and actually works like it should and they do things at a easy pace. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and I never felt one bit of pain or anything when they done my procedure. After 3 months of treatment for tmj, I no longer have pain, popping in my jaw, headaches, muscle tightness in face, neck, and shoulders. Dr Sitaram is the best of the best! His gentle approach, his thorough evaluation, and his treatment plan was just what I needed. I had lost hope that these symptoms would be resolved. Messed up my permanent retainer on one tooth, the glue they used to repair it came off and they blamed my retainer for it. I’ve had this same retainer since I was 17 and not one problem. They need to own up to their mistakes and pay for damages they cause. They reapplied so much glue to my bottom tooth that it’s all the way to my gum line, probably will promote rot.
