No trip to the dentist is what you call enjoyable. However Dr. Roberts is very good at making me as comfortable as possible. I feel great about my visit ☺️ had 4 teeth extracted. My appointment/cleaning was fast. What I didn't like is when Dr. Roberts grabbed my hair with both hands and started playing with it then asked me how long it took me to do it. I did tell him to not touch my hair, but I shouldn't had to do that. He then told the med assist. That he told me the next time I came in and didn't floss my teeth he was going to touch my hair. I told them both "It's not going happen." I like Dr. Roberts and he does good work, but he needs to realize and remember where his boundaries are with his patients.

I've never met an entire office of people, Dentist,nurse,and staff with less understanding. I get it the old neanderthal approach works on some,but some people have more sensitive issues..A dentist of all people should realize that we are all different...This office doesn't, nor do they truly care about anything other than the bloated bill you pay for them to yank your gums out,along with the wrong tooth..I get it,procedures and time ain't free,but if a medicab doesn't show up for your schedule, and you call 3 hours early...Shouldn't be grounds for dismissal, especially since he pulled the wrong tooth to begin this whole mess...Horrible dentist office, and a horrible staff..I don't recommend, unless you like to be treated like a second rate citizen.

Dr. Robert's is a very good to excellent dentist. Have been his patient since 2012. He has a great sense of humor and will work with you financially, not like pulling teeth. Well, unless that is what you need. He is also a veteran and will give veterans a discount, 5 teeth pulled for the price of 4!

He is the ONLY Dentist I will see, period. He's up front, and will get the work done in a quick, and efficient manner. If you have complications, he will see you asap and fix any issue you may have, tooth wise. He does Wisdom Teeth, impacted or not~
