I was pleased with how little time I had to spend in the waiting room. Had a crown put in on a molar and didn't have to have a temporary one installed first. The process was pretty easy and stress-free. The whole process took about 2 hours. I was impressed

I called in yesterday for serious mouth pain I could not get in no where in the city this dental office got me in the next morning. When I arrived the staff was way above professional. I walked right in they greeted me I was took right to the room didn’t have to wait in the waiting room. When I got to my room they made me so comfortable explained everything to me and what options I had to take care of my problem. Before I left I signed up to make Dentistry Of Fishers my dental home. Dentistry of Fishers used to be located at the corner of 141 St. & IN-31. Now, they move to a new place. However, dental practice is still questionable. __ This is the worse dentist I had experienced since a few years ago. as up to now, my teeth still effecting by the poor dental practice. __ My partial dental was never fit into my mouth, and they rejected to fix it. The dental hygienist was an unqualified or illegal practice. she injected overdose and numbed my gums without my awareness, Although she was not allowed to do so...etc. the story is on- and -on, there is long to say about this. __  People should be careful with this dental office. This is the best dental practice around. Dr. Jones has the best equipment and staff and he is very skilled at what he does. I highly recommend this practice.

Had been putting off dental visit for a long time due to a general anxiety over dental visits and was in excruciating pain- they got me in literally right away. Not only that but the staff was incredibly kind, understanding and minimized the embarrassment I felt from neglecting my teeth for so long. Excited to move forward and have a place to go where I feel comfortable.

Phenomenal staff the professionalism is second to none at this office. I’ve been nothing but pleased with the progress of my smile and dental hygiene. Highly encourage anyone to take the plunge and collaborate with Dr. Jones and his staff 😁

I never even got to meet the dentist. As a new patient, I was expected to spend hundreds of dollars based only on a hygenist examining my teeth. Even though the website states that it provides financial options, I was not offered any options. I was told to pay when services were rendered with no other alternatives discussed, so I had to walk out. I spent 1.5 hours filling out forms and letting the hygenist make my gums bleed and was humiliated when asking for a payment plan - all before I could determine if I wanted this dentist to become MY dentist. I had the same dentist for 45 years and this new practice of getting services prior to meeting and assessing the dentist themselves is a horrible way to practice dentistry from this patient's point of view. This is assembly line dentistry with no consideration of a new patient's needs.

Had pain surface overnight and the office was able to get me in immediately. Staff and Dr. Jones were very transparent, comforting and professional. Have an appointment to have a root canal next week and I’m confident that it’ll be handled in the same manner which is a great comfort.
