Dentistry At Somerset caters to everyone but especially to those with anxious feelings about visiting the dentist. The comfort menu and overall care from staff put you at ease. Dr. Neigsch always goes above and beyond explaining all things oral/dental related. He genuinely cares that you understand the ins and outs of your visit. I had the great pleasure of having Megan as my dental hygienist and Haylie as my dental assistant; both of them were pure sunshine. Megan and Haylie both showed such care and compassion during my visit. They answered my questions and addressed concerns with patience and kindness. I truly could not recommend a better dentist office. The customer service is beyond compare.

Had a horrible interaction with an employee here. It’s unfortunate that a seemingly reputable place would keep her around acting the way she does. Sorry, but this is indeed the correct place. Your employee Bailee B. should really be terminated. I did not even get to the point where I would be in your system, because that's how quickly Bailey B. deteriorated the situation. Unfortunately the actions of those whom you employ reflect on your business as a whole. I will delete this review if you show proof that you have taken action and removed this individual from your employment.

This is my first visit for consultation and I enjoyed the experience very much. Upon arriving I was given a tour and a welcome gift. This has never happened to me before at other places. Rooms are spacious and clean. Everyone was friendly, respectful, and professional to the extent that you feel you were treated with genuine feelings.
