Doc Cleaver is bar nun the best dentist I have ever been to. The hygienists are fantastic and friendly. I started coming here after having several teeth issues that either dentists were unable to resolve, and in just a couple visits she had me pain free. As of late, however, it’s very difficult to get appointments especially maintenance such as cleanings, which are recommended at 2x a year. Unfortunately they have grown so much that they haven’t been able to handle that, and appointments are 8-10 months out. I had to call to reschedule an appointment in march 2022, and they don’t have availability until October, so now I’m on a wait list. For someone who travels constantly, I don’t even know if I’ll be able to get an appointment with them anymore. Super bummed, and that’s the only reason why my rating isn’t 5/5. I’ll update my review once I determine if I can even get an appointment with them.

Called for an appointment and was told it had been too long since I had been in so I was considered a new customer. They are not taking new customers until October! Called Aspen Dental and they could get me in same day!

I have been going to Fluer Dentistry since I was a child and I will not go anywhere else! I love having a dentist I can trust. The receptionists are always helpful with scheduling and billing and the dental assistants friendly and gentle on my mouth.

I had a flipper tooth emergency and I just moved up here a month ago what can I say best customer service all staff was so helpful and friendly and the Dr made my day by saying it will be ready tomorrow that was music to my ears I am so happy and will come back for all my dental needs.

Dr. Cleaver and whole team are the best. Over pass five years going there. Every experience has been positive. They are so kind and professional.

Great people there! From the receptionist, assistants and hygienists and Dentists everyone is so nice and makes every visit comfortable and relaxing!

Best ever!

I finally found the right dentist (Dr Cleaver) after 3 tries. We moved to the metro 10 years ago and I tried 3 other dental offices and got so frustrated with their add on selling. Fleur dentistry did not try to sell me anything extra, everyone is super nice, they are quick, gentle and efficient with everything. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Everyone at Fleur Dentistry is wonderful - kind, courteous, and professional. I also love the Invisalign results.

From the time I walk in to the time I walk out I have consistently been given the utmost care by my Dentist and anyone on the staff. I remember filling out papers many years ago as what I had hoped for. That was to not do or bill me for unnecessary work on my teeth. They have followed that to a T. They are friendly and informative, and no waiting. No need to go anyplace else.

Everyone at this office has been just wonderful, professional, and so helpful. Importantly, they take their time, you are not rushed in and out. Detailed treatment plan and excellent care!

This was the review I put on the Covid Safe Central Iowa Facebook page this morning. I have been a patient at Fleur Dentistry for over 3 decades. I had my regular cleaning there yesterday for the first time since the Pandemic. I am so proud of the job they do to keep their patients AND their staff safe. Prescreening questions 2 days before. Masks required. Don't bring extra people with you. Temp taken at the door. Hand sanitizer done inside door (required). Plexiglass up around reception area. Limited and spaced out seating in the lobby. Dental hygienist came out in fresh dental coat, hair all covered in wrap, and masked. Then during the cleaning she put on an extra different type mask, face shield, hands sanitized and gloves on. Same for dentist (Dr Kearns) when he came in. "Everything" in the room is completely sanitized after I left (I asked). I felt SO safe! Grade A++

I have gone to Dr. Main for years. He is a very skillful and caring. I think Fleur Dentistry's staff is the best. Keep at it, you all are doing great!

So everything was fine, I went in a few months ago because my tooth had broken and was hurting. They put in some stuff to temporarily cover it and make it last a few month until I can get back in. Fast forward to today, the DAY BEFORE my appointment to get everything else checked to see if theirs any other things that need done first. And they just called and said they need to cancel it... okay. I have a tooth that is chipping and was supposed to be examined at the time. But because they didn’t make notes of this they just wanna cancel and tell me to re schedule. So why am I being told the day before when my girlfriend got a email a month ago about her appointment at the end of this month saying they are cancelling her appointment! But I get a call, the day before and get told to basically deal with it and re schedule!? Yea. I’ll never return to this place, and me working with a lot of people every day I’ll ensure to never recommend this place again. No excuse to wait the day before to try and cancel a appointment you knew about for months, and have the time to email/call to cancel appointments months out but you wait until the day before to cancel mine. When it was initially scheduled for a broken tooth.

I have been with Fleur Dentistry for three years and can't say enough good things about them. You never wait for more than 5 minutes to get into your appointment. They use many ways of communication to remind you about your appointment (text, email, call). The front desk attendants are always super friendly and the hygienists and dentist are very personable. The office itself is updated and clean - great atmosphere!

Labor Day weekend I had an emergency with my a large filling. After a return call from the dentist, he and his wife graciously met me at the dental office. They were wonderful and very helpful in fixing my tooth quickly and efficiently. Very few dentists would have done this. I had called a few other offices before reaching out to Fleur Dentistry of where I have been having dental care for over 30 years. The phone was answered quickly and the response was amazing. Truly, Fleur Plaza Dentistry is by far the best dental office ever. The care is exceptional each and every time I go there!
