Frustrated with them everytime I call doesn't matter day or time no one answers guess I'll take my business elsewhere if I can't get a appt.

I was impressed with their services from my initial contact as I scheduled my first appointment to all services thereafter. I have anxiety when it comes to seeing the dentist but with Dr. Garner and her staff they made me feel very comfortable, I didn't mind traveling from Waukee to be provided good dental care without feeling anxious. I would highly recommend them.

They were super sweet with our 2 daughters and helped my husband with his dental care. They called to get us scheduled right away, and it was seemless getting an appointment. Couldn't recommend them highly enough!

I went to get a cleaning yesterday the girl that cleaned my teeth was so awesome anyway I was told by the doctor that I have 2 cavities really I don't know how I got 2 cavities because I take very good care of my teeth plus I don't eat candy or drink pop otherwise I had an awesome experience

I'm not a fan of the dentist, which is why I drive 1 1/2 hrs to Southside smiles. They are welcoming and comforting. Love the front desk, hygienists and Dr Garner. Will recommend to everyone!

Called to get a cleaning and they said they could do it scheduled the appointment and then they tell me they couldn't do it I had to get a root canal and fillings done first... A few months pass of me trying to find a dentist to do the work I needed done ..and I get a call from them today telling me I had my cleaning tomorrow so I tell them I haven't had any work done yet and they say that's fine you don't have to get it done to get the cleaning... Like what I drove 2 hours each way twice for them to just give me the run around for them to bill my insurance and not a single thing got done besides a x-ray... Don't waste your time here...

Staff are incredibly friendly, courteous, professional and competent. Glad I switched to this location for my dental needs. I look forward to having my full smile back to a state I am completely comfortable with.

Totally disgusted today. Fired them. Patient no mask, receptionist no mask. Wasn't waiting around to see if Dr had her mask on. The last place I should have to worry is my dentist office. Questionnaire on line, sign on the door, tempt at check- in... yet still no masks allowed. Shame on you.

So irritated I was there more than 2 hours for 20 minutes of work. Scheduling too many patients at the same time during covid. I had to wait in a lobby full of people for an hour when I showed up 15 minutes early?! There were so many people in and out, you think precautions would be taken now more than ever with covid. No way to social distance. I even asked to reschedule!

This place is amazing! Great and very friendly staff that make you feel extremely comfortable. And they do amazing work!

I am so impressed with the Dentist and staff at Southside Smiles. I am in the medical field myself. My standards are high and I am proud to have them handling my dental needs. Flexible appt. times, excellent care, compassionate staff, and high quality work. Thank you and I look forward to any visits in the future.

Fast, clean, very little pain, skillful fillings.

Office staff, hygienist and doctor are friendly; however, do not feel they truly are proactive in providing additional care for their patients outside of standard cleaning. Office was not experienced with implants and instead of recommending office that is, they failed to provide the proper care and maintenance (over 3 years) resulting in neglect, bone loss, infection which now needs additional care and costs. Also, found office was overseeing and/or misreporting record care. In discussion with office, the dentist provided no apologies or understanding in any way. Very disappointed in their care and way they handled/addressed the situation or lack thereof. As a patient, I trusted their care and expertise and they failed to provide that service for my specific situation.

Because of a traumatic incident in a dentist's office as a child, I despise having my teeth worked on! But when I absolutely must, I always go to Southside Smiles! Given that they're a team made up mostly of women, that is ran by women, I feel safe there!

You deliver excellent service, instructions and make even extensive procedures smooth. I was a Dr. Westra patient and fan for ovet 40 years, you have stepped up to the plate and matched her record! Yes I would recommend you to others!

This place rocks. Always willing to accommodate my time, and unique personality. Staff are caring, adaptable and confident in their abilities. Always friendly and smiling to ensure I am doing the same! Thanks for your brilliant work ladies!
