I had an emergency situation to where I was having extreme pain, dr. smiley and his staff were amazing they talked me through everything! Didn’t make me feel like an outsider, since I wasn’t a regular customer.

This office is very friendly, Shawn does a thorough teeth cleaning every time and advises how I can make my teeth healthier and Dr. Jonathan is also knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I feel very comfortable going here for all of my family's dental needs.

My favorite dentist ever! I waited 3 years to find a dentist because I’ve never been happy with one until I finally found Smiley Family Dentistry. Everyone I’ve had the pleasure of meeting there has been so nice. They don’t judge at all, they are more focused on the fact that you came and are ready to change your future. I visited Smiley Family Dentistry yesterday. I was greeted kindly and the wait was minimal. Thank you to Tara for getting the xrays taken quickly and cleaning my teeth. She explains everything as she goes along so you know what is happening next. Dr. Smiley is very friendly and takes the time to answer any questions you have and explains any concerns he may have. The staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable during your appointment. I had bad experiences as child/teenager with a dentist, so am always anxious when I need to go. Tara does such a good job with my cleaning and Dr. Smiley explains what and why additional procedures need to be done.

Going to the dentist has never been my favorite thing but I highly recommend Dr. Smiley and his team. Amy, at the front desk, is personable and efficient. The hygienist, Tara, does an excellent job explaining every procedure. And Dr. Smiley is gentle and kind. I do have to go back for a filling but I know they will make me as comfortable as possible.

Back in the day, I dreaded going to the dentist. Dr. Smiley has been my go-to dentist for a few years now and makes me feel better about seeing a dentist. He and his staff are knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. A couple of years ago I had to have a few crowns replaced. When I went to pay my bill and much to my surprise, they gave me a bouquet of fresh flowers. Wow!!!! We are lucky to have Dr. Smiley serve Waverly and the surrounding area, and I highly recommend him.
