My experience there was not a pleasant one I was charged $50 deductible for about 10 minutes with the dentist and then referred somewhere else was in excruciating pain trying to explain to them that I need several things done with my mouth and no continuing care just told me to go to the oral surgeon get my mouth pulled my experience wasn't great even with insurance in everything I felt like they were just trying to get me out I don't have a a follow-up appointments or no continuing Care which is the reason I came in the first place was to get stuff done and now I'm $50 lighter and in the same spot I was

I admittedly haven’t been to a dentist in 5 years, shame on me. And I had bad anxiety going in, because I dislike instruments in my mouth and metal against my teeth. But the employees here were awesome from the second I walked in the door. Renee did an amazing and extensive job of cleaning my teeth and took the time to explain everything to me. They took X-rays and pictures and showed them all to me. They made me feel as comfortable as was possible for me. I’m going back in 6 months and will recommend anyone to Walnut Creek Family Dentistry!

Absolutely wonderful experience with Dr. Cowherd and his team. This was my first time visiting a dentistry clinic outside of my hometown and it was a great experience. The entire staff is very friendly and also thorough in explaining what they are doing, what it entails, and why they do it. Dr. Cowherd himself was very personal and took the time to explain what he had examined as well. Will certainly be recommending this great level of care and service to my friends and colleagues!
