I had to change my appointment due to being sick. They told me 8 months out for a routine cleaning and said I was OK to come in sick because they wear masks. They have so many patients now that they don't care for the one that have been coming for YEARS.

This place is awesome. I know thats weird to say about a Dentist office, but the staff here is awesome very friendly from front office to back. I've had a few teeth pulled here ( due to my lack of taking care of my teeth). They always make me feel comfortable. This place has taken the anxiety out of going to the dentist for me. I recently had a crown procedure done with little to no pain. I had my teeth cleaned for the first time in a very long time, and even though it was not the most comfortable thing, the professional that did the cleaning definitely earned her pay that day. She was awesome. Dr Haworth is absolutely amazing as well. I am now flossing daily, and taking better care of my teeth. Very comfortable environment. I will now be taking my daughter's there for any dental work that needs done. Thank ya'll so much. I appreciate everything you have done. I still have some things I need to get taken care of, but with the amount of professionalism, and care they take, I have no problem going in anxiety free. Thanks again to all of you.

I have had horrible experiences with dentists in the past but let me tell you this place is amazing. Everyone is so friendly every time I come in. The dentist and dental assistant is always very clear about everything that’s happening and every step through the process. I had to get some cavity’s filled and it was the best numbing experience ever I felt no pain getting numbed as well as during the procedure. This place is definitely the dentist I would recommend to anyone and everyone!

I was a customer for ten years. Loved the hygienists. I had a urgent matter for work and had to cancel my cleaning. They did not mention a cancelation fee. I went in to get my teeth cleaned and they said I owed $60 for the missed cleaning. I talked to the office manager and explained the situation but they refused to take it away, said it was in the fine print so I said I would find a different dentist. She said she would send them my records. I found Imagine Dental in Gardner who does not charge for missed appointments. I went in and even though they had requested my records, Gardner Dental hadn't sent them AND I had to call again because they were texting me I was due for an appointment. I politely told the office manager to take me off because I had told her I was no longer their patient and she was rude to me. Unbelievably poor customer service.
