I have been to numerous dentists, Dr. Humphries, is by far THE BEST! Not only does she practice amazing dentistry! But, she makes the experience almost pleasant, even for terrified people like me.. She is wise, witty, hilarious, and professional, all at once! And, the icing on the cake... Her team is amazing as well! I highly recommend her to every family searching for an amazing dentist!

Went to 1st appointment and never went back. Was told I needed a ton of work done but had been to a dentist months earlier with no problems. Chose to get another opinion and didn’t need all the work done after all. This was almost 2 years ago and so happy I saw the red flags and moved on.

Love is a word thrown around way too easily without true meaning in today's world. (Love - a great interest and pleasure in something.) I can honestly say that since I have to go to a dentist I do love Dr Humphries and her staff. At my age I have been to quite a few dentists in my days and I can honestly say this is the best place to go. I love the family atmosphere and the kindness of everyone there. I handle pain well but not when it comes to needles. She is great at making sure you don't feel that poke to often. If you want a great dentist to go to this is the place to go. Oh yeah... If you're real good and ask nicely she may let you have some nitrous gas to help calm your nerves and reduce the potential pain. (hahahaha!!!)

Took my children to this Dentist for regular cleanings. Was told when I made the appointment that they would bill both Primary and Secondary insurances for both of my children. So I take off work, take children out of school and go to the appointment to be told that they will only bill Primary insurance and that remainder would be my responsibility. Since canecelation fee would occur...I kept their appointments. Both children had more work that needed to be done so I got an estimate from their office showing all work to be done. Took them to another dentist to have the work done as they would (and did) bill both insurances. Tried to get the xrays sent over to the new dentist....They did not send but one of the 3 on each child and new dentist said was very poor quality xray. New dentist took more xrays (and did not charge me for them) did their consult and compared their findings to what the estimate showed as work needing done. New dentist found there was no need for several things to be done. I received a bill for almost $160.00 after my primary insurance paid. I contacted the office to make a complaint regarding how poorly we were treated. Their response was to take a 50% discount. I will pay this bill under protest. I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office. We will never return to this office nor will I recommend them to anyone. Very poor business practices. Honestly, one star rating is too much.

The dentist is nice, but the receptionist doesn't know what she's doing. She gave me an estimate that was way under what I actually have to pay.
