Good experience even though dentist was late driving through storms. Antibiotic I was supposed to have was never sent to the pharmacy. They closed early because of storms today.

Super happy and appreciative that dr. Newbern was able to work me in. Had a double extraction and he got it done pretty fast and pain free. the staff was super friendly and very helpful with payment options. Would highly recommend if you don’t have dental insurance

They told us twice that they excepted my husband's insurance when they do not. We traveled to two separate locations and they also claimed over the phone that the first visit was completely free even though they charge you for the next visit the sane day.... instead of after the next appointment. Very deceiving and unprofessional.

The entire staff is wonderful. They are kind , considerate and very thorough. I will be visiting there for all my dental needs.

Got there at 3:30 for a simple chipped tooth fix, didn’t get me out until 6:10pm just to reschedule to come back.

My 88 year old Mother was amazed that the problems she had with her lower plate for the past 3 years was gone. The Dr and nurse that helped us were fantastic and caring. Thank you so much. She truly for the first time in a long time enjoyed a meal. Thank you isn't nearly enough to say.

Friendly, upbeat folks, easy to get set up, and helpful about pricing and setting up a manageable dental care schedule.

Had four infected teeth in extreme pain they extracted bad teeth and set up apt to remove rest and make denture. Same day I called took my Medicare insurance. Excellent service

Everyone was very helpful and nice.. There was an issue with my insurance but they made sure they resolved the issue. They all made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I definitely recommend Aspen Dental in Bowling Green Ky.

What a disappointment. I’m new to the area and wanted to find a new dentist and have my teeth cleaned. They spent an hour and a half taking x-rays and analyzing my teeth. I never did get my teeth cleaned but left with a $7k estimate for all the work I didn’t want done, and a promise to call me after they negotiate with the insurance company. This is not the kind of local family owned dentistry I am used to.

Good experience. Always explains the steps. Dentist is great at judging when to give patient a small “ rest”, while getting the job done. Dentist has good judgement of making sure the work is done right .

This was the best experience I have ever had at a dentist. From registration to leaving this was by far the best experience I have had. They were very informative, oh my supper supper nice...the young lady that assisted me for the most of my visit was incredible....

We were new in town, and my whole family visited for a regular exam. Although my insurance covers 100% for diagnostic and preventive services, we ended up paying extra for the services that we didn't request. On our 2nd visit today, I had to wait for almost one hour only to schedule my next appointment with an office manager, which could have been done over the phone without waiting. Furthermore, the office manager requested me to pay the service which I would receive in a week. My portion was only $100, but this is weird. When I asked why, she replied it was the office policy, which I never heard of. Doctors and hygienists were friendly though.
