Went to get a tooth checked for the 3rd time. The first he suggested refilling the filling was real deep and then had to go back because bite was to high. Then by this time months went by and the tooth started bothering me again. Keep in mind was just in there December 2021 for cleaning nothing was mentioned about a tooth loose or this particular one 😳 that was hurting. Come to find out it was cracked. When I was there he wanted to pull 2 teeth so it was a shock and I wanted another opinion in which at that time he was rude and said I am not pulling them now I will just refer you to an oral surgeon just because I questioned his integrity only because that tooth has been nothing but trouble since the day he supposedly repaired it. He had no compassion whatsoever, I was appalled at his rude reaction. I went home and cried he didn't ask if I needed an antibiotic if I was ok just very negative and pretty much kicked me out the door. Lord knows I wouldn't treat anyone like that unless I was concerned about my work. Come to find out I have a small infection as well. I was just shocked at his demeanor. I have had no problems every with my dentist in my 66 years until now. Show some respect and compassion 🙏.

Everyone in the office was very friendly, including the Dr., we just found the exams to be not very thorough; no hygienist to clean the teeth was probably not the best start to the visit

I am always in and out in no time here. I have had a lot of work done here including an extraction and wisdom teeth removal. Dr. Craycroft always explains things to where you can understand him and the situation. I continue to go to him for my dental needs. The staff in his office are all super friendly. The lady working the front desk is one of the sweetest people you are going to encounter working a front desk anywhere. Definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone!

They royally screwed up my teeth. I has fillings done by my previous dentist when I a teenager. Went to college and used him a few times. He talked me into getting some fillings done and "fixing" ones that didn't "look right" (they were bothering me but I'm not the expert). They put way too much sealant so I couldn't close my mouth to eat. I told them it wasn't right before I left the office. They were like it's fine you are just numb. If we have to shave some off just come back in. Because they didn't listen to me and because of the end of the week I had to live with not being really able to eat anything solid because I couldn't put my teeth together. It took at least 3 days before I could make it back them but I'm not sure it was right after that. I've never had an issue eating anything hard or sweet before them "fixing" my "problems" Now it hurts like heck to sweets or hard items like nuts it's been at least 3 years. The dentist said that's normal. I refused to go back them. I had to go back to my old dentist in my home town to have them fix everything they messed up. None of this is normal!!!!!
