Aspen Dental

My husband had severe tooth pain so he called Aspen who encouraged him to come in because someone would be there til 7:30 PM. After going 30 minutes out of his way to get his teeth looked at, he arrived at around 6:00PM to find that the dentist had left for the day. They scheduled him an appointment for the next morning, which means he had to miss work, causing wage loss which could have been prevented HAD they seen him the evening prior. The next morning, they were able to go in and extract 2 teeth and he received a couple stitches. A little over a week after surgery, he's in pretty bad pain again and can feel something hard like maybe a piece of tooth or bone in that area. When he calls trying to be seen after work, they tell him no one would be there.....Ummmm, y'all did the work, y'all need to find the problem to relieve the pain. Said they could schedule an appointment causing him to miss another day of work. He's job requires some travel so because he works 1 1/2hrs from home it wouldn't compensate his gas for hours worked on same day as his appointments. for your customer care. I hope you or none of your family members are made to suffer the pain do to lack of patience compassion.

They got me in rather quickly but would not reshape a tooth unless I had a cavity filled. The reshape for this particular tooth was urgent because my tooth broke. Went to a different dentist and he fixed it in 5 minutes. The cavity they said I had was not even where their paperwork said I had one! Do yourself a favor and go to a local dentist, not a corporation who is only interested in making $$.

So far so good. I still have some appointments. Everyone on staff was polite and considerate of my needs.

Good experience but they do try to offer more expensive products knowing you can't pay for them but great workers, doctor doesn't stay long with you.

Everyone was kind, patient, and answered all of my questions.

We like this location. It's located close to our home. The staff are very warm and welcoming. The wait time is short and once I was in the chair the dentist was right there to help. He suggested the hygienist see me. She came in within two minutes. Afterwards they set up a schedule to have each procedure.

I had work done at Aspen Dental a few years back, and it was easily the best dental experience I have ever had. I have had some new issues arise, and in starting with a new Aspen Dental office, in a new city, it would seem it was not an experience exclusive to the first location. Aspen Dental has a great team... wherever I go.

Everyone was professional and nice the dentist was excellent I never experienced and extraction with no pain and he was quick doing the process

I paid nearly $5,000 for a set of Dentures they've never fit right I've been in there several times they've cracked twice and the second time that they've cracked they split up the middle of the top plate and they won't fix them they want to charge me $160 something dollars I think they should be fixed for free. So I guess I can't eat until I go elsewhere to get new ones mine are only 2 years old. And I didn't wear in the first 6 months

Super friendly staff. Got me right in. Very professional. Clean. Doctor was very informative about my options. Everything seemed high tech to me. Doctor explained my x rays to me as I looked at them on an HDTV screen right in front of me. A friend referred me to them and I can see why. Don't just think about it..GO...

This place is absolutely wonderful!!! Wonderful care very clean place , Very fast and the rep Eric was amazing to help in every possible way he could. I had a horrible tooth ache that the tooth needed pulled. Dr Patel is absolutely amazing at his job. Kelsey and Janelle was also amazing and very helpful. And knows their job very well. Thanks for each of your help I would definitely recommend anyone to come to you guys.
