I am a new patient at Family Dental Center. Wonderful experience across the board. When I signed in I was greeted and made to feel very welcome. My appointment was at 12:00, and I was called back a few minutes before that. My hygienist, Emily, was wonderful. She walked me through every thing that was going to be done during the appointment. She was very friendly and efficient. I also saw Dr. Chen, and, again, he made me feel very welcome and comfortable. We discussed treatment plans and he thoroughly answered questions that I had.
