Alexandria Family Dental Care

Today was my first visit to Alexandria Family Dental. Cynthia was my hygenist and she did a fantastic job, was very personable and made the experience great! Thank you.

I scheduled an appointment for the 8th of December about 2 weeks ago to become a new patient and received a call to confirm my appointment then a few days later received a call to reschedule the appointment I let the receptionist know that I would not like to reschedule, when I called today to confirm the appointment and to ask if someone else may have canceled to get a sooner date they said “you did not have an appointment for that day.” They moved the appointment to the 22 and did not receive a follow up call to be told that. I was dismissed as though that never occurred this is ridiculous. I’ve been there before this appointment was for my boyfriend. The back staff is amazing but the receptionist need to be wiped out and start over

Dr. Ryan Rogenmoser and Dr. Taylor Sylvester and their entire office staff (from the front desk to the patient recliner) are the epitome of the dental profession. From my family’s observations, the staff is very cognizant of everything “Dental-Related”. Even though I (like many others) dislike any type of dental procedure(s), I highly recommend Alexandria Family Dental Care. Dr. Ryan Rogenmoser and Dr. Taylor Sylvester became my family’s new dentists this past July, 2022. Dr. Rogenmoser diagnosed me with possible TMJ and fitted me with a customized mouth night splint (July). He explained other recommendations that would help with TMJ if the mouth night splint was not successful. Dr. Rogenmoser was right - the mouth night splint has relieved morning jaw pain, neck pain, and headaches. In August, Terri (dental hygienist) did an awesome job x-raying, cleaning, and polishing our teeth (and whatever else is part of a routine dental cleaning). I will have to say Terri did a “top notch” cleaning. Dr. Sylvester looked at and examined our teeth, explained a few things, and answered our questions. Dr. Rogenmoser was very meticulous, patient, and thorough as he extracted my son’s wisdom teeth in August. Throughout the appointment, Karly (dental assistant) came to the waiting area a few times to let me know that everything was going well. I was very impressed when Karly came to the waiting room and told me that Cameron was ready and for me to walk outside and drive up to the back door. Dr. Rogenmoser and Karly brought Cameron out in a wheelchair. Both were very thorough in explaining what was done and answered my questions. Karly gave me a detailed packet on what to expect after wisdom teeth extraction. Dr. Rogenmoser took care of filling a cavity (October) that Dr. Sylvester noticed during Cameron’s dental cleaning in August. Dr. Sylvester did a dental procedure on an old filling that I had. Had both lower wisdom teeth removed, very painless procedure with them. Dr. Rogenmoser was upfront and his entire office team are very caring and attentive. I would 100% recommend him for any dental procedure. I would say the only torture was the food network was playing when I was in the chair....lol. I can't say enough about his team and the excellent experience I had, they kept me comfortable and laughing almost the whole time. No I was not on laughing gas I did the ole numb the area and pull.

They are tremendous, I am pleased with the work that they have done for me.

Horribly, snooty receptionists. Will cancel your appointments if you have no service to call and confirm your appointment but they won't call and tell you it's canceled. They don't even consistently call/ leave messages about upcoming appointments then threaten to drop you bc they didn't call to confirm. The dentists and hygienists are actually great, but the rest of the staff is a bag of d!cks Also, I'd like to add that I am not a patient, all 3 of my kids are.... were. Dr rogenmor, you need not reply. I dgaf what you have to say. Have a day.

Dr. Rogenmoser and his staff are very professional. Dr. Rogenmoser does quality work. His assistant Carley always explains step by step what they are doing. I like the way she interacts with her patients. I have sent many of my clients to him and they all have good things to say about Dr. Rogenmoser and his staff. I recommend using this dental clinic for your dental needs.

Very friendly office and excellent service. I have been a patient since 2016. Services provided to me have been cleaning, exams, crowns, implant, and Zoom (whitening treatments). Highly recommend.

My wife (Lisa Parenti)was a patient to have some major dental work done. She had to have all upper teeth removed. I paid for her to be put under to make her as comfortable as possible. Her appointment was set for 730 am on a Friday morning. She was told to fast for at least 8 hours. She received a phone call Thursday late afternoon that her time was going to have to change due to an issue with her being sedated. Now the appiontment was scheduled for 11:00 am. We entered the office about 10:30 to check in and there were other people having major procedures also in front of her. We now have had to wait til 2:00pm before some one finally came and got her. She had not eaten or drank anything since 10:00 pm the night before and could not be sedated due to dehydration. Others in the office had also been waiting for hours after their appointment times. After the procedure, 4:00pm, my wife was told to come back first thing Monday morning and they would take care of her right away because her new teeth would not fit. She got there when the office opened at 7:00 am, checked in, and after sitting there til 8:30, left because she had to work. She found another dentist through her employer and he took her right away and was able to fit her teeth for her so she could eat. After she came back for her second appointment at 7:00am and sat again for another hour and a half, she had to leave. Every appointment with this office was started hours late. The procedures and all appointments were paid up front and in full. After she called the office and asked for a refund for the appointments, she was told they refuse to refund her money. I have been in touch with Care Credit and will be having them investigate. And my wife and myself have notified our co-workers and employers at Red River Bank, Plastipak and Proctor and Gamble of this terrible experience and would not recommend this dentist office. On a positive note, the ladies that work up front at the desk had to put up with a bunch

I like the folks at Alexandria Family Dental. If you are reading reviews, looking for a dentist; this would be a good practice to go with. I can't imagine having any better of an experience anywhere else. *EDIT* Actually, now that I've had time to think about it....as per my experience; the hygienist that I dealt with... —or actually, that dealt with me... Is pretty great. She's just one of those people that you don't mind being around, even if that person has both of their hands in your mouth. But seriously, this individual is just brimming over with a high work ethic... That much is obvious. She can stick me in the gums with a needle anytime. I can't convey to you all how great, how much better I feel now... I feel like a new person. This place has a male dentist, and a female dentist...to whichever is your liking. That's a good business arrangement. The staff fills out the good service, and does what a staff should. They are both professional & polite...knowledgeable & understanding...patient & caring. Wait times are at a minimum. Location isn't bad, pretty good; actually. . You know what? I think so far, this has been about the best experience(s) I've had with any dentistry offices I've been too. Definitely better than having dental work done in a van. I'll be back in a few months. ;)

It’s pretty worrisome when you need to have emergency dental work done when you are out of town. However the team at Alexandria Family Dental Care put me at ease immediately. This is the first time I’ve had dental work done that didn’t leave me with extreme pain for days. I highly recommend Dr. Rogenmoser and his staff!

Not good experience at all, not happy with my two visits, waist of my time and MONEY Not Recommending In response to owner I have submitted one invoice of many, so not only is the service unacceptable but also the billing department can't even get it right!!!

I have had terrible, even horrible experiences with Dentist and their staff ever since I was very young. I started out with dental procedures with a Dentist in April 2020...nothing was getting done and he and his staff were very rude and unprofessional😢 I seeked, out with Humana’s help, Dr Jonathan Rogenmoser. That dentist and his professional, caring, and helpful staff, from the front to the back were AWESOME. Dr Rogenmoser is a very wonderful man as well as a dentist. He requires perfection for his patients and their dental work. You can’t say enough about his staff...very considerate, helpful, caring, and PROFESSIONAL. I will definitely be with this office for the rest of my life and I will definitely be directing others to Dr Rogenmoser and Staff. Thank you ALL for your care and concern for my dental problems. Hands down the absolutely best dental office in Alexandria.La. Karly has been so awesome since day 1. Always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m comfortable and relaxed. I appreciate the time and efforts of Dr. Ryan Rogenmoser and Karly. I feel like I have his full attention when he is on the room. This office makes you feel VIP from start to finish.

The 5 stars is for Karly alone. She made me so comfortable before I even saw the dentist. I’m actually in the chair now waiting for the dentist to enter. She is amazing. You oh can tell a lot about the company when their employees seem happy to be there.

Super sweet and down to earth dental office. Kate is my hygienist and she is Amazing. Very kind and gentle with my cleaning!! Would recommend friends and family and coworkers to see them!!
