Upon searching for my kid’s a dentist i discover DR.Russell she is truly amazing at what she does my kids needed a lot of work done like serious work and she got straight to work and a matter of a month they all have healthy teeth again . I’m so happy I found this dental office. Everyone working there are just fabulous. The receptionist is very sweet and helpful, the MA was profesional, the hygienist did a fantastic job, Dr. Mullen is carrying and spent time to look at my concerns. I also saw how Dr. Shelton was treating the staff and taking time to answer their questions. They all gave me the best expression, and made me feel so comfortable. The place is very clean. I can’t wait to visit them again at their new location coming soon.

It's been my family dentistry now for the past 2 years! My experiences have been great. I love the staff they are personable and have met all my dentistry needs. I enjoy coming to see Dr. Will and staff. Im always greeted with smiling professional faces! They are very accommodating and empathetic to big babies like myself. I'm very intimidated by pain and tooth service, but Dr. Will has never let me down. I'm always nervous about nothing because he makes sure I'm very comfortable. Hate to say it but I feel like this needs to be said: if this place suggests any major work, I’d get a second opinion. I went here for a few years. I really liked my dental hygienist he was friendly and skilled, and same with the staff and the dentist who had been seeing me. However, the last time I went they put me on a new dentist and that person told me I had two molars cracked and needing to be drilled. Both of these molars already had root-canal surgery from years ago, and gold caps so I was surprised. They said the inner tooth stem was cracked on both and they needed to do over $3000 of work, uncovered by insurance. I got a bad feeling about it because of how I felt pressured to get this work scheduled very soon, like next week, and also they didn’t refer me to any specialist but just to do the work themselves. It took me over a year to get around to finding another dentist and get a second opinion. Turns out, after several detailed new x-rays to double and triple check, my gold-capped teeth are fine, the stems are not cracked. I do need other attention from specialists, which my new dentist referred me to someone for, but my molars are fine. If I had let Tulane Family Dentistry go ahead and drill them up, who knows, maybe they could have been actually damaged in the process, so I'm glad insurance didn't cover it and I didn't impulsively accept their diagnosis.
