My wife and I have been going to Dental Health Associates for almost 10 years and have been very happy with their practice. We both have had multiple fillings which have held up perfectly. The professionalism of the staff is excellent, and they consistently offer service with a smile. Appointment scheduling is easy, and I have never had a problem rescheduling if a conflict arises. The routine cleanings are some of the best I've had, especially given that I am a coffee drinker and they can make those stains vanish. If you live in the Silver Spring/East County area, I highly recommend you give them a try.

Service is horrible even when not busy.customers are discriminate by race and gender, with considerable negative consequences!!! They should do the background check of their lady working on the Front-desk! Because the way they treat customers is not right!!!

Dr. Wilcot and all of the staff members have been an absolute pleasure to work with in rebuilding my smile and self confidence. They came up with affordable and comfortable options for me to get an expensive procedure done and very little to no pain. I will be going back to get the rest of my dental work finished. I had some serious communication and billing issues with them while there. They forgot to get my consent for a deep cleaning, which was not covered by my insurance, and performed it while I thought I was getting a regular cleaning the whole time (which is covered by the insurance). However, they did the right thing, apologized, and waived the full balance. Not exactly amazing, since this incident hurt me in more ways than one, but I can respect a business that at least admits to its mistakes. My poor experience precludes me from recommending it wholeheartedly, especially for folks with medicaid/medicare and limited funds, but I am sure that others will find the service to their liking. Aside from the unfortunate incident (which they insist was not consistent with their policies and not representative of their office), the staff was friendly, and the place was clean and professional. I am sure it's at least okay most of the time.

Criminals. Absolute Criminals. They tried to charge my health insurance (which denied the charges), wouldn't update my file with my dental insurance (which referred me to them). They sent my case to a collections agent. Now my credit score is dropping weekly because these people won't do their job, and are charging me for the difference. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

I have relatives who we were visiting in the area and had a family dentistry emergency. I was recommended Dr. Wolcott because he is a great dentist for my family, so I decided to try him out. We had a great experience and he was very friendly. Besides just being a genuinely nice guy, he was a total professional and really knew what he was talking about. He laid out the options, explained the pros and cons of what he presented and then gave us realistic price estimates before we decided to proceed. Although we were in an emergency situation, he never put any pressure on and we made a comfortable decision. The services were excellent and we'd highly recommend going here. If we ever are in need of a dentist in Silver Spring again, we'll definitely come visit Dr. Wolcott.
