Park Dental Office

Dr. Stephen Park is the best dentist in the area! I have gone to different providers after moving outside of Silver Spring and no one has been as attentive, diligent, thorough, and caring as Dr. Park. He has never pushed me to do treatments I didn’t need just to benefit the bottom line, nor has he ever rushed my out of his office. He is a rare find in this area and a great doctor!

Dr. Brian Park has excellent judgement, keen eyes, and good hands. All my existing dental problems/concerns were alleviated in yesterday's appointment, exceeding my expectation. Thank you.

Dr. Park is the best dentist we have ever had. My entire family has switched over to him because he’s very knowledgeable and highly skilled at his job. He’s also very attentive and passionate at what he does. He’s caught things my previous dentists have missed. We’re so glad to have found Dr. Park!

Very good experience and very professional

I will be happy to give 4 stars. But reluctant to give me an estimate in person or online is unacceptable. Criticizing me on my hygiene is also out of the question. “Trashing” my insurance when I work for a billion dollar company. Do I have to say more? I didn’t eve mention this before because I am just proud to be working where I work at regardless. I just don’t like when people try to get smart. I don’t appreciate it If this improves maybe with the younger Dr Park or Senior. I will consider 4 stars. Because my experience started it off ok. Just the end ruined it. I left with a few questions. Though they or most places “encourage you” but it’s clear they push you out the door. I am still asking. I just wish this want the experience for most customers. We are paying to be there. You guys aren’t nice to us for free. I don’t understand where some people’s arrogance comes from. I say this as a whole.

Park Dental is an exceptional practice that exudes professionalism from every level of it's staff. Dr. Park takes into account your every specific need and most importantly makes sure your dental experience as painless and enjoyable as possible. I've been coming to this practice for over 20 years, and thanks to them I have a great smile to show for it :). You are in great hands at Park Dental.

Best dentist hands down!

Customer service was great, and the staff is very professional. Doctor Park took the time to walk me through the whole visit and explain everything to me.

Dr. Brian Park is arguably the best dentist I’ve ever had, such a calm, kind and professional demeanor. I moved 45 mins away but still made the trip for my annual cleanings. It’s such a shame ***this practiced stopped taking Cigna insurance*** :( Now I have to find a new dentist until this facility starts taking Cigna again

Simply an amazing dentist, kind, understanding, and explains well.

Hands down my favorite dental suite. Wonderful and professional staff all around. Service is quick, information provided is detailed, contingencies were offered and most importantly almost none of the tests/cleaning hurt. Most of my dentists in the past have been sadistic but this office makes the process physically and emotionally painless!

Dr. Stephen Park and the entire staff are amazing. The personal care that you are given is like nothing else. It's always a pleasure to see Dr. Park and Sharon as well as the other support staff. They take time out to answer your questions regarding dental procedures and/or billing inquires. They are also great at remembering the little things that you might have shared in the previous appointments about the family, a vacation, or even a house renovation. While my memory is failing, that's truly not the case with them. : )

My experience at at Park Dental office went great. I was called before the scheduled appointment date and was notified of needed information, parking, and location of the office. I was sent multiple notifications reminding me of the appointment and even a link to fill out my information (insurance, health history) from home to expedite the process of the appointment day. Upon arriving, the request for all patients to use the hand sanitizer and temperature taking made me feel at ease knowing that health protocol is being taken seriously. The dental assistant made quick work in getting my x-rays and was really helpful in making the process smoother. Dr. Park was really informative of what the procedure of the appointment was going to entail and was readily available to answer and questions or concerns I had. Great dental office!

My experiences with Park Dental are consistently excellent. I have been a very satisfied patient of Dr. Park since I moved to Silver Spring from Richmond VA in 2019. I have been a coward when it comes to dental treatments, but have overcome that thanks to the care and compassion of Dr. Park. I have had a root canal, fillings, a town and deep cleaning, all with minimal discomfort. The high standards are carried out as well by the staff. I would recommend this practice to anyone. My family have gone to Dr. Park for over 20 years. That should speak volumes in itself. I have been postponing my regular checkup appointments during the recent health crisis but had a minor tooth emergency last week. They made me feel safe going to the office during this time of COVID-19 and he also took care of my emergency promptly. THANK YOU Dr. Park!

They have weird, nonsense rules for scheduling that change over time and makes it hard for the patients to maintain continuity. Avoid this practice if you are a healthcare professional or pregnant. They need a letter from your OB even for basic cleaning if you are pregnant. They need you to show them a negative covid-19 test of you are a healthcare worker. Does not matter if you don't see any covid patients, you completed vaccination >6 weeks ago, and on vacation for the last 10 days with no exposure. It is the RULE. I am transferring to another dentist because it is too cumbersome to continue with them. I guess they have enough patients so they can avoid ALL healthcare workers to MINIMIZE their transmission risk.

Fantastic experience at Park Dental. Staff was courteous and had diligent COVID precautions (limited patients, temperature checking, masks, machinery to limit the spread of air particles, etc). My dentist, Dr. Brian Park (the son in the father-son practice) took his time to answer my questions, was gentle during the cleaning, and gave me a great referral for an oral surgeon. Highly recommend.
