If you're like me and you fear the dentist or new dental procedures, then be sure to see Dr. Ford and her staff at Center for Advanced Dental Care! After presenting me with an awesome referral where I was well taken care of for a root canal, I returned to see Dr. Ford for my permanent crown (she did a wonderful job prepping me with my temporary crown). Dr. Ford performed this job with ease, all while kindly and compassionately explaining what she was going to do and why. Dr. Ford made sure that I was comfortable throughout the procedure and that the crown was a perfect fit. I am a few weeks removed from the procedure, and when Dr. Ford checked in to see how I was feeling, I was glad to report that the tooth feels better than every -- I would never know that it wasn't my original tooth. It is clear that Dr. Ford goes above and beyond to care for her patients and to ensure they get the best possible outcome. This may be a lengthy review, but it doesn't even scratch the surface of just how special Dr. Ford is and how grateful and appreciative I am for her care.

I have been a patient here for probably 30 years. Today I had a crown break at 11:20 AM and I had an international flight to catch in the evening. The entire team came together to make a temporary crown and get me on my way. Very grateful!

I've known Dr. Ford for a few years through a shared hobby of fitness, and when a dental disaster struck, I knew she was the one to call. Dr. Ford remedied my painful issue all while far exceeding the average level of care. I first saw Dr. Ford for a custom night guard to protect my broken tooth while I waited for a root canal consult. I was amazed by the technology in her office, as she used a 3D scanner and printer to create the perfect custom night guard in a very short amount of time. What was even more impressive was how much I learned about my teeth as Dr. Ford reviewed the 3D imaging. My next visit with Dr. Ford was for a temporary crown on a very difficult (and very angry) molar. Historically, this molar had been an issue for me, and I was even referred for a root canal because of the trauma to the tooth. During my root canal consult, the endodontist (an excellent recommendation by Dr. Ford) laid out a treatment plan that perfectly aligned with Dr. Ford's ideal treatment plan. Since I did not need the root canal, Dr. Ford had her work cut out for her. Anatomically, I am an extremely difficult patient to get numb and past traumas have given me PTSD. Dr. Ford provided the most empathetic care as she carefully and successfully numbed the area. Throughout the entire procedure, Dr. Ford was cautious and gentle as she meticulously performed the procedure. As she was working, she realized I also had a cavity in the neighboring tooth and she took care of it in one shot (knowing how much I hate to be numbed and for the best chance of success with the temp. crown procedure). Dr. Ford did not stop until the temp crown was a perfect fit. Additionally, as a teacher, I marveled at Dr. Ford's ability to teach her assistant all about the procedure as she provided me with top-notch care. I actually enjoy going to this dentist. The experience, including the care of my hygienist and Dr. Ford, have been the best I have experienced. They are gentle, explain what they are looking at and why, provided recommendations and explanations for the best oral care, and overall just really a positive experience. Highly recommend!
