Flawless Dental

New to the Boston area and was so happy to find flawless dental after having the same dentist in FL for my entire life. Dr. Kelley and Camila go above and beyond for making me feel comfortable during some intensive work I have to have done recently and ongoing. I am very nervous when it comes to dental work but they walk me through everything and treat me so special I have full trust in them. Always greeted by the front desk so welcoming like they have known me for years. Highly recommend this dentistry!!!

I’ve been a patient there for couple of years. I had hygiene there and everything was fine. But last November I start having problems with my teeth. So i tried to fix it there and other offices. I always loved Flawness Dental but starting this year I cannot say that I am happy with the service. They are pretty fast to schedule consultation but It take ages to schedule appointment. Then I went there cause I had issues with one of my tooth after bonding ( I did it in other place). Dr Kelley adjusted the bonding but she did it to much so sensitivity backed. During the procedure I asked her if it is enough cause I felt that everything is ok already but she said that we need to adjust more so as a result i got my sensitivity back. After that I tried to schedule another appointment to fix it. Dr Kelley is a good doctor but she doesn’t want to listen to the patient at all. Dr Khanna called me back, she was reasonable when she asked me to provide her with all procedures that I had. I did it ( it was in Wed) , on Fri evening I got a call back , so they asked me to provide with more details so I had to contact another office so they will send more detailed info. Again I missed 2 days and they returned to me in the evening before weekends. And then I got a bill for $82. That was for service with Dr Kelley. Of course I paid that charging $82 for something that caused another problem with tooth and then it takes ages to schedule an appointment to fix it, this is definitely not professional. Again you have good doctors and I always enjoyed be one of your patients but this situation is really frustrating. I hope that my review will help you to rethink your approach customers cause you definitely can be better.

I became a patient of Flawless Dental several years ago when I needed a tooth extracted and replaced with an implant. I was introduced to Dr. Khanna who began my treatment plan and set up me with practitioners in her practice who she felt would be the best fit for me. Dr. Khanna has always been very personal and thorough as she continues to follow my care. She has walked me through every step along the way and has carefully explained everything to me while also using state of the art equipment. I have continued as a patient of Flawless Dental for cleanings, crown replacement, and cosmetic work. I have been very pleased with the results and grateful to Dr. Khanna and her staff. They have all been very professional, kind and attentive while taking care of me the moment I walked through the door.

Dr. Khanna and her team are amazing. They are very knowledgeable and have been taking great care of my teeth for the past 5 years. If I need an appointment change, and they receive a cancellation, they always call back promptly and are happy to accommodate any of my requests. Thank you to her and the team for being so helpful.

I wish I could leave more than 5 stars! This place is awesome. The front desk team were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Etsie did a fabulous job cleaning my teeth and Dr. Khanna's bedside manner was SUPERB! She informed me of all the options available to correct my dental issues. I highly recommend this practice.

On their website, I sent 3 requests for an appointment. It said they’d get back to me as soon as possible. it’s been 3 weeks since I sent my first request. No response. I ended up calling a few days ago and the person who picked up the phone was rude and hung up on me after I had asked a few questions about what was covered under my insurance. I wasn’t even done asking about the treatment I was looking for and before I knew it, I was hung up on.

I have never felt safer or better cared for at a dentist's office than at Flawless Dental. From the front desk through the hygienists up to Doctors Khanna and Kelley (sp?) the level of care there has been consistently outstanding. If it were possible, I would add a sixth star.

If you are like me, scared of dental work and have sensitive teeth, this place is for you! My family and I have been patients for almost 7 years and everyone in that office always goes above and beyond for their patients. My last dental work prompted me to lеаve a review given how incredibly professional Dr. Bhatt and David handled the fact that one of my teeth just wouldn’t get numb despite the novocaine injection. They assured me that they won’t allow for any pain during my visit, whether that means waiting longer for the medicine to fully work or try other numbing options. Dr. Bhatt took her time (despite her busy schedule) to perform a dental block (which was completely painless) and do additional numbing and comforting (by explaining each step in details which truly helped my anxiety). In addition, I like the fact that they are very clear and always upfront with the cost and let you know about co-pays ahead of time (so no surprise bills!). Also, they have an amazing hygienist Regina, who does the most thorough cleaning I’ve ever had, and is very knowledgeable about oral health in general. And, of course, the owner, Dr. Khanna, truly cares about all patients and personally involved in all cases by carefully monitoring everything that goes in the office. Overall, having multiple dental work in the past with other dentists, this place is hands down one of the best in my experience!

I've been a long-term patient at Flawless Dental and they have always gone out of their way to not only feel welcome, but they are quite genuine. I've always been satisfied with how my oral health has been managed. Last year, I decided to get braces as the crowding of my lower teeth was getting to a point where it could be a serious issue later in life--I believe the term "possible loss of bone" may have been uttered and that was enough for me. Even though I trust Flawless Dental, the thought of any invasive dental procedures scares me silly. That being said, I made the appointment with their orthodontist and together we came up with a plan. Age-wise, let's just say that I am...over 35, and leave it at that. Last January, 2018, I had traditional braces installed. I didn't qualify for Invisalign, which was fine, because I wanted the traditional braces. Plus, they made me look younger and who wouldn't want that? I'm not going to tell you any horror stories because, quite frankly, my braces experience went great! Yeah, the adjustments gave me head aches and some pain, but all in all, it went great. (Except for when I had to wear the elastics. I could have done without them, but I needed to wear them for awhile.) Moving on, those times that I did break a bracket, or 2, I was able to be seen fairly quickly and it never interfered with my treatment plan. If I ever had a question, it was answered the same day--I even got a phone call on a day that they were closed! During this time, I went to Flawless for my regular dental check ups and cleanings and it was so nice to literally go someplace where they know your name! I never felt like a number. This week, after 19 months of braces, I had them removed. My teeth look amazing! I'm so happy I did this and so happy that I trusted Flawless Dental not only with my smile, but with my dental health. I don't even live near them, but will happily travel so that I can continue getting, in my opinion, the best dental care. I hig

Absolutely love this office! The staff and the office are friendly and warm-a nice change from the traditionally stuffy dental offices I usually encounter. Dr. Khanna is both professional and approachable, and I know she always has my best interest in heart. I needed my first filling and Dr. Kelley did such a fabulous job I felt almost nothing the whole time she working on my teeth! I actually don't dread going to the dentist anymore since I found this office!

I became a Flawless Dental patient after my wonderful dentist of 30 years in Cambridge retired. Dr. Khanna, Shira, David, and all of the Flawless Dental staff are absolutely terrific snd I highly recommend them!

I had my crowns done at another dentist and for a couple of months I have been feeling sooo much discomfort in my mouth. I came here and they did a conservative fix on my crowns and the results were so amazing. I immediately felt relief and my jaw muscles feel so much better and eating feels so much better. I am so thankful to have come here! Everyone is great!!

The team at Flawless Dental is a pleasure to visit. David and Laudi at the front desk are courteous, helpful, professional, and extremely friendly. The new hygienist, Shairose, is as careful and effective as she is hilarious. Really, she did a great job and was a lot of fun. Dr. Khanna is the best dentist I have ever met. My wife and I have been with Dr. Khanna for over ten years, and even our five-year-old son gets excited for his cleanings. That really speaks to the safe and fun atmosphere of Flawless Dental. Dental work is high quality. Hygienist is gentle and thorough, kind but not too chatty.David the receptionist is accommodating, professional, efficient, and a WIZ with insurance. Everyone goes out of their way to make it a positive experience. I have been to many dentists over the years, and found this one through good reviews on the internet, and they were right! The excellent dental work and excellent service make Flawless stand out as exceptional.

I recently had a root canal at Flawless Dental with Dr. Meghan Cooper, the endodontist who works with the practice. I was very happy with the experience. She was very encouraging throughout and did an excellent job (wasn't sure why the novacaine hurt a lot going in but otherwise it was great). David who works in the office was incredibly friendly, patient, thoughtful and competent with everything that had to do with connecting with my primary dentist, scheduling appointments, payment and insurance knowledge. They are so lucky to have him!
