Excellent customer service! My kids enjoy coming and feel comfortable in the environment. Also the staff is very informative and will take the time to explain what is truly going on.

I was a new patient but able to get in quickly for a dental emergency. Staff was very friendly and the doctor is very knowledgeable.

I would advise avoiding this dental office. The dentists are running a fast-money racket to cut-corners and overcharge patients as much as possible. They do not see patients, they only see dollar signs. And if they can't pump you for money... they will get rid of you. Disgustingly greedy non-caring people. Stay away!!!

I use to love this place but the last several years, every appointment my husband or I had they called or text to cancel because the hygienist was sick, got in an accident etc etc. My husband and I started going some place else. There are serious issues here and I’m not sure what’s going on but we’ve not been able to see them in several years because of being cancelled when we schedule our 6 month cleanings.

Always a wonderful experience at Ann Arbor's Dentist. The dentists truly care about your health. They always take the time to chat with you and answer any questions you might have. I know I'm getting top notch care when I go there. Everyone is super helpful and friendly, from the receptionists to the people checking you out. The whole staff are very calm and nurturing with children. I couldn't recommend them more!

These people are scammers and thieves. I called to see if they take my insurance and then they sent me a bill for $115 for "teledentistry" despite never having scheduled an appointment or receiving a call back from them after they said they'd get back to me about my insurance.

I cannot thank Dr Lindsay enough for giving me back my ability to smile. Not once did I feel judged for the condition of my teeth. Instead I was given the information I needed about how to take back by oral health.

Really liked the work done by the dentist. But after being a patient since December and not being able to get a cleaning until JUNE due scheduling problems and they fact they don't have a hygienist (???), I'm going elsewhere. Oh and person at the front desk is terribly rude.

Felt comfortable from my first contact with this excellent dental practice. Everyone was friendly, professional and focused!

If you need a good basic dentist - this guy is good. If you have Lyme related oral issues - save your money and don't go here. I spent 2 years under his care , only to leave after my teeth had shifted to the point of needing braces. Turns out all I needed was an additional oral bacteria test to diagnose what was going on - seems pretty simple... but he wasn't on it. Also, be advised that they require payment for all services in advance and let your insurance company reimburse you after they bill.

Excellent care as usual, and wonderful staff. Highly recommend!
