Just had my third appointment. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming, and the staff were incredibly caring and patient throughout my visit. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of during my appointment. I highly recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a caring and professional team of dental experts.

Love the friendly energy of Excel Dental, especially for my son who had his first dentist appointment as a 2.5 year old, he was welcomed by everyone and given such a positive experience for his first appointment, he'll be happy to come back!

First trip to the dentist for my son. The entire staff was helpful in calming his nerves and making it feel less "scary". The dental hygienist, Hope, was tremendous. She clearly and respectfully explained the process and instruments to him, which made him increasingly more conformable over time. By the end, my son couldn't stop talking. On the way to the car he said how quick the appointment went and wondered why they didn't use the same instruments on his teeth like they did for his (older) sister. :)

They are excellent and so empathetic! We had to reschedule several times and they were very accommodating. Also, I was 8 month pregnant at my last appointment and could no longer lie on my back so they did all the procedures - assessment, teeth cleaning and scan - standing up. When I told them that mint makes me nauseous, they looked for alternative toothpaste and gave me extra to bring home. Finally, since I needed a new guard, they pushed the lab to do it so that it would arrive before my due date. Really pleased with the service! Highly recommend!

I have had very positive experiences with this dental practice. The staff are friendly and efficient. They are up front about cost and pricing and don't try to sell you things you don't want or need. Dr Surmont is an excellent dentist; I have been very happy with the dental work he has done on my teeth and would recommend this practice to anyone.

The Excel Dental staff are phenomenal! From the front desk to post-procedure, I am always taken care of and informed what is happening, what needs to be done (and given the choice to decline), and what the plan is. The front desk staff is incredible organized and knowledgeable, the assistants are attentive to Dr. Surmont and my needs, and the hygienists are thorough but gentle and take their time with each tooth! Dr. Surmont is a gentle, honest, and exhaustive in his care. He does not pressure patients and listens to their concerns, putting patients’ needs and comfort first.

I’ve had multiple very good experiences both with cleanings and more involved procedures. Dr. Dan is typically who I see and he’s been great from addressing issues, explaining what he’s doing, and making sure to follow up. I’m very happy with Excel.
