First exam and cleaning visit. Very thorough, on time, friendly staff. Dr Baldwin reviewed my X-rays with me and discussed a treatment plan. I felt comfortable throughout the visit. Would recommend!

Tara is the most wonderful hygienist! My kids all love her. I took my 3 year old daughter for her first visit today and she was very nervous but Tara made her feel so comfortable. She was so happy and actually enjoyed the appointment. Dr. Baldwin is great too! Our whole family goes here.

Initially very happy with this office and people. I travel for my job recently lost not one filling but two in the same day called the office and tried to get in soon because of my work schedule was told that “I would just have to find another dentist.”Sadly I was put in a rush to get things fixed before surgery. Very unaccommodating . I was astounded at the reply. But I sincerely wish them good luck in the future.

They always took good care of me, but neglected to tell me that my insurance went from in-network to out-of-network when they switched dentists. I went a year wondering why I was getting charged much more than usual. There are other dentists in town that are more honest.

I highly recommend Dr. Baldwin and her staff at GR Dentistry to anyone looking for a new dentist. Dr. Baldwin, Danean, Mary, and the other ladies at the office are so welcoming, friendly, and hands-on. They genuinely care about making a positive difference in the lives of their patients. If you've ever been afraid of going to the dentist - this place is for you! The ladies here will be sure to make you feel comfortable, and work with you on a plan to get your teeth where they should be. They are sensitive to each patient's needs, their prices are fair in comparison to competitors in the area, and the location is easy to find with parking available. These ladies will help you fall in love with your smile - and make you laugh while they work their magic on your teeth. I wish I would have gone to see Dr. Baldwin sooner, as she has been extremely kind with helping me correct years of poor dental health. Thank you for showing the kindness and compassion you do with your patients - this world needs more people like you, Dr. Baldwin!

I've only had one visit at this office, but my first impressions are nothing but positive. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and professional. Dr. Baldwin explained everything really clearly and didn't rush through my exam at all. She explained what she was looking for and what she was doing and just seemed very thorough in her examination overall. Scheduling was really easy and my out of pocket costs were determined and communicated ahead of time. I felt well taken care of and am very happy with my decision to go with this practice. Good vibes all around from everyone.

I got a crown here that barely lasted 2 years before it cracked. The practice did their best to wiggle out of fixing it for me. Do not recommend - they wont stand behind their work.

Grand Rapids Dentistry is a great company. I actually look forward to going because of the care I receive. From the receptionists, to the dental hygenist Allison, to the dentist, I smile brighter after my visit because they make me feel comfortable and make me laugh.

Great staff and facility, works great around your schedule. I had an issue with my insurance, they covered the 80% that would have been covered. Been with this office all my life, and now through the buy out of my office I was in. Tools are more high tech, x-rays are very fast. I feel I'm in great hands with this office. I will get my insurance changed so they can stay my Dentist for years to come.

Office is both welcoming and staffed with hyper-capable individuals. I appreciate the genuine way Dr. S and team interact with patients - not at all the cookie cutter approach you might experience elsewhere. I will definitely be coming back - hopefully not too soon.

My three boys and I come to this office. Dr. S and her staff have been great at taking care of my kids and their cavities. Mary is very knowledgeable about my insurance; there aren't ever any surprises at the end of the appointments. Their hygienists are very friendly and thorough. Finally, I found an office that we don't mind going to!

I had the pleasure to be placed behind the scenes working with the dentist and other staff members as an extern just finishing up my school program to become a dental assistant. The staff was immediately welcoming, helpful, and extremely tolerable of my low education of how a dental office is ran. The dentist herself helped my skills improve majorly and watching her diligent work and the way she connects with patients is a workplace I aspire to be apart of one day.

I made an apointment as a new customer . i WAS TOLD A 9 AM appointment time and wrote this time down 3 different places. I was called morning of my first appointment and was told it wasnt the time given and then Mary literally laughed at me on the call. Rude and discourteous and so you aware i never even was able to be seen. I will be sharing this experience with others as this is the rudest i have ever been treated by any medical facility. In pain and boycotting your establishment. If you are the owner you may want to reconsider the staff and how they deal with patients. #never returning #apparentlytheynevermakeamistake

Good deep cleaning but they will take care not to jab your gums unnecessarily, excellent group.

I feel like I get excellent care at Grand Rapids Dentistry. I like the whole staff. They are all competent and caring. I highly recommend Grand Rapids Dentistry.
