Autumn is so nice and helped me get all my medical info together. I was timed out twice on the IPad. Autumn is very thorough and gentle with cleaning my teeth. I had a bad dental experience with my previous dentist. Spent many hours in the chair and thousands of dollars. Thank God I found Polished Dental! I was VERY anxious when entering based on past experiences. The staff quickly recognized my fear and went above & Beyond to help put me at ease. The perfect balance of humor/personality and professionalism. After one visit I realized how bad my last dentist really was, and what I had been missing for many years. Pain levels were a fraction of what i was used to. Really cloae to pain free. Great communication and explanations. The next day, the Dr. Called me herself to follow up. Wow! I highly recommend Polished Dental to anyone and everyone. Top notch staff, assistants and doctors. 5 stars doesn't seem to be enough.

Supposed to be a 45 minute wait for my crown and waited an hour and a half. Had to ask if they forgot about me. Only apologized when I finally asked what took so long. “Sorry, we are busy tonight”. The people were nice and don’t like going to the dentist to begin with, so gave 4 stars.
