Every staff member at Woodmeadow is incredibly kind, thoughtful, and willing to help. They always greet you during the whole visit. Love this office!

Was told my insurance was in-network but came to find out that was untrue when receiving a bill. I called to discuss the matter and was told that that did not happen. My dental hygienist had to remind Dr. Roberts three times that I was ready and waiting on him. The entire visit felt like forced conversation and was awkwardly asked to leave a Google review while still waiting to see the dentist. Overall, terrible experience here. The only reason they have all these positive reviews is because they uncomfortably ask their patients to leave them.

Woodmeadow is one of the best dental practices I have had the pleasure of going to. When I moved from New York to West Michigan I was concerned about finding a dentistry that would uphold the same standards of care I had been given over the course of 25 years. The staff is friendly and attentive and the oral hygienists really do a great job on cleanings. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Grand Rapids area.

I had a great experience. It was easy to make an appointment without a long wait. Everyone was very pleasant, and the office was nice and clean. Elaine was very nice and she did an excellent job with my cleaning. Dr. Roberts was also great!

My experience is nothing but fantastic. I am treated so special, from the ladies at the desk to the people taking care of my teeth. A big thank you to Dana, who worked on my crown. She is really gentle and made sure I was really comfortable since I have a bad gag reflex. She is very personable and a pleasure to talk to. Made me feel really relaxed. And Dr. Roberts is the best dentist I have ever had. He explains what is going on, and is really gentle with me. I am so glad I chose this office.

Dr. Roberts and staff- 5 stars! The dentist office is my absolute least favorite place to be! However, I really appreciate Dr. Roberts/staff calm and supportive approach. Instead of assuming he knows how to alleviate my anxiety, he asks and listens. The staff couldn't be more wonderful and Dr. Roberts is confident, skilled, and quick! In my opinion, there is no better place for excellent, compassionate dental care.
