He has very good bedside manner, but unfortunately, my family will not be returning. He must go too fast or doesn't pay attention because he continuously scrapped my husband and two childrens gums & not just their teeth. Both my kids cried once we left the office bc it hurt so bad. They have never been afraid to go to the dentist, but I had to promise them we'd find a new dentist bc they never want to go back to him.

I had an appointment in two weeks to get some work done. My tooth decided that it wasn't going to wait. On Saturday evening the pain became unbearable. I called Sunday morning and left a message. My hope was that this would help me get in early on Monday. Dr Liu returned my call a couple hours later and after talking to me for a few minutes decided he would come to the office on a Sunday and help me out. Thank you Dr. Liu for going above and beyond.

THEY LIE TO YOU ABOUT PRICING and covered procedures, they are not in it for the patients they are in it for the insurance money. its one surprise bill after another. Save your time money and sanity. (Also notice that most of their positive reviews are from people with only one review.)

This is a more than a fair review for this unprofessional Dentist who yelled at me while in his chair getting my teeth worked on. I had to go back to him 3 times to keep fixing the same tooth he made a mistake on to my final visit which he left me uneven and unhappy not to mention in pain still today. My teeth are my pride and joy but now I hate them and wish I would of never gone to this dentist. He used a drill to shave my tooth after I told him I did not want him to do that, my tooth and 2 others are super sensitive now and I'm so upset

If I could give zero stars then that still wouldn't be low enough. Dr. Liu had zero interest in making my dentures fit. He eagerly took the states money for them though. I informed him that they don't fit and something is wrong with them. He said I had to pay $350 for an x-ray. No thanks, I'm pretty sure the State of Michigan paid you enough to make sure my dentures fit. Its been almost 4.5 years and to this day I don't have any dentures that fit. State won't let me get another pair either as they just paid for this pair. I hope Dr. Lui knows that he has ruined my life for the past 4.5 years. I hope that money was worth it to him. He takes innocent peoples money and doesn't deliver as promised. PLEASE AVOID THIS DENTIST AT ALL COSTS!!!! He is more interested in profit than treatment!!!! AND DO NOT TRUST THESE REVIEWS as they send out emails to all patients asking for reviews in exchange for gift cards. Dr. Lui RUINED my opportunity to have a nice smile and a better life. I had complications with treatment I received here. He is more interested in profit than treatment. Don't trust these reviews, as they send out emails to all patients asking for reviews in exchange for gift cards. When I went here, the staff was arguing back and forth and had no idea what they are doing. Try another place.
