Front desk staff is hugely unprofessional and inconsiderate. I understand having a policy about missed appointments, but there is no need to not charge me those fees, hold it over my head to make you seem understanding, and then talk down to me like a child. I will not be returning unless this addressed, that is not a way to treat any person, much less a patient that has been receiving services with you for so long. If you make your patients cry at the end of a call, there huge issue.
