I wish I could give 0 stars my son fell on ice and broke his front tooth and the other front 3 are loose I called for a emergency appointment and the “in term” receptionist said she didn’t know what to tell me and no appointments until next week I told her it was his adult teeth and she put me on hold then said that the doctor told her to tell me “look around for someone else” I will not be returning ever again to this practice. Patient care is obviously not a priority for them.

Dr. Herrera is phenomenal. The reason I say this is I have always wanted a perfect smile. My self esteem was low to a gap in the front of my teeth and bottom. He was amazing. The transformation he did I could never think it was ever possible. I love to smile now. Dr. Herrera is easy to talk to, listens, patient and gentle. My whole family comes here. The hygienist is the best one I have ever been to that thoroughly clean my teeth and take her time on them. My teeth definitely feels clean when she’s finished. This is saying a lot due to me going to the dentist frequently throughout my whole life.

My crown came off recently and Dr. Herrera put it back. Actually , he put this crown a couple years ago and I was not happy with that because the crown was too flat and did not have hooks enough to stay on. It came off a week later and again after two years. I got an explanation of benefits today from Delta dental insurance and found out that Dr.Herrera included in my bill the oral exam that cost $85 but all what he did was putting the crown back. I will definitely not recommend a Dr. Herrera to my friends and not going back to him anymore.

Herrera is the best dentist you could ask for! Absolutely amazing with pain control. He even numbs the area where your tooth is getting pulled before he does the shot meaning you feel NOTHING!!! You cant really ask for much better than that! Not to mention he's been practicing for over 20 years! I whole heartily trust Herrera no matter what the procedure!! Also Although I'm at 27 year old man I could see him being great with kids! If I could give him 6 stars I would!
