The dentist never talked to me, not once. He messed up every tooth he worked on and I had to return several times, he referred us out for everything else - extracting wisdom teeth, regular teeth, root canals, etc. The front office lady is an ogre with a fake smile who told me if I canceled my appointment with only 24 hours notice I'd never get another appointment with them again and then told me when I didn't go to who they referred me to I was no longer their patient ever. I also found out the last tooth Cooper worked on that they charged me a thousand dollars for needs to be re-done, it's being referred to as a "faulty restoration ". You'd be wise to go elsewhere... they'll send you away anyway..

Came here a few times for cleaning. Had usual x rays done to check for cavities. They found a small cavity in a tooth way in the back which never caused any pain. Dr.Cooper filled the cavity and from day one it has caused me issues. I had the cavity filled over a year ago. Since then the tooth with the cavity has cracked in half. I told them it was causing me pain after the filing and they said it was normal so I ignored it. Then it cracked a few months later. I went back to have them fix it and they did another filling. I still have pain in that tooth even after the second “fix”. I have been chewing on the other half of my mouth since. I refuse to go back the third time and pay hundreds again. I pay upfront after all my visits and somehow I still get billed in the mail too. Dentist never introduced himself to me at any of the visits either. He actually used “good girl” a few times when asking me to do something. Very unprofessional. Will never be back.

I have been going to Dr Cooper for years. I would definitely recommend him. I used to work in the dental field, and this office lives up to my expectations. The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly and caring. I feel like I am in good hands with my dental care.
