I called to make an "emergency appointment" for my husband who required a tooth extraction within 48 hours. I was politely informed that Dr. Fairbanks does not perform extractions, but the receptionist was VERY helpful in referring me to oral surgeons & general dentists in the area who would. Based on the friendliness & service of staff alone, I will keep this office on my list for when we need dental work! Also, the receptionist did praise the dentist for whom she works & made no complaints. She seemed content to be at work, as if she really likes her job. That says a lot to me!
