Dentist is very nice and knowledgeable, however the receptionist is not. Do not make an appointment here unless you want to deal with a receptionist who has a god complex. For example, I was told my appointment was at 12:30 when making it, came to my appointment at the scheduled time and was told it was at 11:30 and that I can no longer be seen at this practice. If you can get past that fact, I would recommend the dentist and dental hygienists here.

I am not in love with any dentist but this place is very caring, and friendly. I absolutely had no pain with a procedure for a crown. Dr. Welch explained everything to be done, informed me what to do if I had pain or discomfort. I recommend this place totally .

After many years avoiding going to the dentist, I made the decision to establish a new dentist. I have had several people recommend Welch Dental and finally I made the step and set up an appointment. The entire process went phenomenal! From the moment I walked in the door and was warmly greeted by the receptionist, to the extremely thorough cleaning by the hygienist, to friendly and professional screening by Dr. Welch. Growing up, I NEVER thought I would enjoy going to the dentist... but now I do! I would recommend this dental office to any one of my friends or family in a heart beat!

Very disappointed! I have been going to this place for yrs and I forgot to cancel my kids appointments due to i had my baby one day and surgery the next day of the week of my kids appointments and due to their policy we can no longer be seen by them! I had a baby and surgery..wow that's very rude and I am reporting them!

This is the best Dentist office I have ever been to. Due to a past career I have lived in multiples states, and there is no comparison. I would recommend Dr. Welch to anyone. Just love this place! Everyone is so nice and the Dentist takes the time to listen to me and takes his time and he is very thorough. Our family drives two hours to this dentist and it is worth it! Our kids go to the pediatric dentist (Sartell kids pediatric dentistry) next door and between the two dentist they treat our whole family and our kids love coming every time.
