Mendes Family Dentistry

I am a new patient at Mendes Family Dentistry. I am so happy I chose them! Dr Charles Mendes is the nicest man. Gentle, straight forward, gave me a very clear understanding of my options. It's very clear he has been doing this a very long time. I have a huge fear of dentists and have a couple teeth that need to be pulled and have felt embarrassed over it. I felt comfortable and not at all judged. I was a little late given this morning was our first snowfall. Instead of being irritated with they called and told me not to rush and drive safe which has not ever been my experience with a dental office. The receptionist was welcoming, patient and helpful. I believe I have finally found a dental office that suits me and my needs.

I broke a tooth on a Saturday in the end of Aug, 2022. Fearing that I needed an implant or bridge, Dr Paul Mendes assured me that I only needed a crown which he replaced early Sept, 2022. It took 2 hours and 15 minutes from start to finish and he used computerized technology to make an impression and the crown which he made in the office. The new crown was a perfect fit and I am still amazed at the modern technology he used. Outstanding dentist!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dr. Paul is absolutely exceptional and the best dentist that I have ever had! I can't stand numbing shots for anything and Dr. Paul has given me several new crowns and replaced a very old crown that had broken (and the pain was truly minimal even with no numbing shot!) with the utmost ease, gentleness and thoroughness -- his hands are truly magical! I cannot recommend Dr. Paul enough -- I am delighted that he is my dentist (and only hope that he doesn't get too busy so that I can still see him!)

Mendes Dental Clinic is an excellent practice. Dr. Charles Mendes and Dr. Paul Mendes are very experienced and pleasant, as are the hygienists. The office administrators are professional, helpful and friendly.

By far the best dentist office i have ever been to in my life Dr Mendes Sr and Jr did wonderful with making sure i had the best experience when i was there i have always been frightened of the dentist since a little girl do to bad experiences but for the first time in my life i would never be afraid to go back to this office everyone there is great very respectful the many fillings i had done was completely painless Dr Mendes Jr did fantastic with keeping you informed of what he is going to do and keep you comfortable i lost touch for 2 years with this office because i forgot the name and refused to go any other place but them looking high and low around my home for at least 1 business card to make a appointment because i have serious work i need done to my teeth and the only dentist i will ever trust with my teeth again after my trip there is Dr Mendes Jr and Sr finally after 2 years i just checked my email and got a happy birthday email from there office because my birthday was yesterday and that was truly the best gift i could have gotten for my birthday with all the work i need done to my teeth i will be happily making a appointment first thing in the morning and this time i will be sure to not forget to grab a few business cards to carry around in my wallet it i could i would rate there services 10 stars hands down Thanks to the entire Mendes office for the birthday wishes and for the wonderful painless work you have done in the past to my teeth see you all soon 😃

They were able to accommodate us last minute and we’re extremely kind and gentle with a sensitive twelve year old. Could not be happier.

Got 2 crowns & 1 filling over a 4 hr period with little to no discomfort. Resulting bite and proximity to other teeth were excellent. Rates were in line with those allowed by major insurers. Efficient, careful, & cordial service.

After a bad experience at a different clinic, I asked a friend for a recommendation, and I am so glad I did. Everyone, including the receptionist, Dr. and his assistant were very professional and friendly. They were making conversation and asking questions to get to know me as their patient. I find it extremely important. Some clinics will not see you beyond just a patient. I felt welcome and respected at their clinic. I am very scared of dental treatments and haven't done them in years. They were very understanding and not judging, in fact, they walked me through it and helped me relax. After the first evaluation appointment I knew I was in good hands, and I wasn't so scared of the treatment anymore. The Dr. was so assuring, he explained every step and explained exactly what he sees, etc. His tone and attitude were so calming and respectful. I needed 3 fillings. The treatment was not painful at all, and no pain after either. This is the best I could expect. Service oriented, honest, respectful, professional. No long wait times and fair availability. Also- high plus to me as a germophobic (and COVID-phobic), is that they really practice good hygiene and sanitation. Would happily recommend this clinic and Dr. to anyone.

An honest dentist. After going to a Groupon dentist who gave me a free exam and said I needed $3500 or work (yeah, right!) I went back to Mendes Family Dentistry where I had been going for years. As I suspected, the Groupon dentist was trying to gouge me and Mendes told me things were fine. They've never done an unnecessary procedure on me and always do only what is necessary. I highly recommend this dentist for his integrity and the quality of his work.

I have been going to Mendes Family Dentistry for in excess of 20 years. I find them extremely professional, friendly and competent. I recently cracked a tooth and needed a crown. I was seen on short notice and had the issue resolved quickly

I'm so happy that I switched over to this dentist this year! It's a little far of a drive for me but totally worth it. I found this dentistry by word of mouth and decided to try it after looking at the reviews. I'm so glad that I did. The staff were so nice and helpful and the dental hygienist was great. I have a permanent retainer on my bottom teeth from having braces so there's always plaque build up and she got it all, my teeth are so clean!!

This is an outstanding practice. I visit them every 6 months for cleaning. They use the latest technology, the dentists and other employees have an outstanding level of skill, and the total experience is perfect. My most recent experience was a crown in which Dr. Charles made an impression digitally and created the crown the same day using a digitally controlled milling machine. This too was a five--star experience.

This dentist office is tops! They do great work. I have been going here for years and will continue.
