I would (and do!) recommend Dr. Gray to anyone needing a dentist. He doesn’t push you to have an unneeded procedure when a simpler procedure will work. The staff is excellent and well trained as dental hygienists. They are always willing to work us in when we have an emergency dental situation. Call them if you are looking for a dentist!

I worked for Dr. Gray for a year and a half as a dental assistant. At no fault of his own, I no longer work for him; however, I am still a patient at Golden Triangle Dental Center. Patients' care and getting the patients out of pain is the office's top priority. If he knows that he cannot do something (there isn't much that he can't do), he will refer you to someone who can, and someone he trusts to do so. Dr. Gray will always make sure that you understand the treatment plan and explain the routine of the procedure. He will also make sure you are numb before beginning any procedure and will ask often if you are doing okay during. He is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. The hygienists are great too. Shannon has worked for Dr. Gray for 13 years and does a phenomenal job. 20/10 recommend. :)

The staff told me my insurance would cover my cleaning and my initial exam but when I received a $184 bill and I asked them about it they proceeded to beat around the bush and then finally informed me my insurance was out of network! Very unprofessional staff! Obviously I will be going to a different clinic.

He has been my dentist since I moved back to MS seven years ago. I never have to wait to be seen, office staff is competent and friendly, office is immaculate, and I have been completely satisfied with the care I have received. The Golden Triangle Dental Center's staff have always been very polite and friendly and I have had nothing but positive experiences there. Dr. Gray is a very thorough and meticulous dentist who does excellent quality work. I have never had any problems or experienced any pain or discomfort as one of his patients. He is a great listener and seems to genuinely care about his patients. I have had pain and soreness in my temporomandibular joint from grinding my teeth when I sleep for many years. I had another mouth-guard made at a different dentist prior to moving to Starkville that prevented the wearing away of my teeth surface, but did nothing for the pain and soreness in my joints. Dr. Gray recommended an E-Appliance mouthpiece that he fitted me for and had made. It has honestly been one of the best decisions I have made regarding my oral health. I no longer wake up with my jaw muscles tired and sore from grinding my teeth all night. Before the mouth-guard my jaws constantly "popped" when chewing food and could be very painful. After using the E-appliance the "popping" and pain has subsided. If you have painful jaw joints from grinding your teeth do yourself a favor and go see Dr. Gray about getting fitted for an E-Appliance mouth-guard.

I have visited Dr. Gray 4 times so far and all were this year. My fiancée recommended him to me and I have been pleased with his service and the service of his staff so far. All the staff members that I have encountered so far are very pleasant to have around. Dr. Gray explained everything that was going on in my mouth and explained what would need to be done and what could happen if it wasn't taken care of. He is very straight to the point and doesn't tell you the things that he thinks that you want to hear. He and his staff seems to genuinely care about the patients. I do recommend him for all to give him a try. Of course, no one is perfect, and everyone makes mistakes sometimes, but one can be a good doctor, dentist, nurse, etc.
