This office is terrible. Wait approximately 1.5mo. only to find out that I was told the wrong appointment date. When I called the woman told me 08-23 @ 2:15. (I wrote it down twice) They never called to remind/confirm this appointment closer to the date. I called on 8-23 to make sure I still had an appointment an was told it was 8-22.

Let me just say I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I get really nervous and my bp goes up, BUT today I had to get a cavity fixed/refilled. Dr. Harter and Carlie(not sure on spelling) were amazing! They both did a great job at explaining what was going to happen. They gave me the option to use nitrous if I needed it as they got further into it while making sure I was good and numb. He even gave me breaks inbetween. Let's just say I never needed the nitrous and I never felt any pain! 🤗 He is also very gentle and not rough while working in your mouth. The front desk clerks are always super friendly and make you feel so welcome. I would refer anybody to them! Thank you so much Dr.Harter and team! Your kindness is greatly appreciated!

They even call you to make sure of your appointment and if you cannot make it for any reason they will reschedule without any hesitation. The Dentist is the Best I’ve ever been to thus far.
