Hands down the friendliest customer service at a dentist or doctor's office I've ever had. I always feel welcome and put at ease. The building is clean and spacious in case tight hallways or spaces make you anxious. The hygienists are very friendly and attentive while they work as well. Thank you so much!

I had the misfortune of having been treated by Dr. Sonal Kapoor in 2016, back when she was with Smile Bright Dental on Amberly Drive in Tampa, FL - All I needed was a partial denture for 2 teeth. She wound up extracting 2 more teeth, put me through a painful "threading" procedure all the while promising me a beautiful smile. It took this woman at least 4 (four) impressions and try ins and she still never got the partial denture fit right. Each was lopsided. Then she tried blaming me for not biting down correctly during the impressions. mind you, not only was I well versed in having impressions done (I had braces as a child and also, my mother worked as a dental assistant for 20 years and I was a patient. Not once did any dentist say that I didn't know how to bite down when impressions or x-rays were being taken. Meanwhile, I have been left with a smile I am ashamed of. I haven't been able to get it fixed due to my husband's bout with cancer and Dr. Kapoor having left me with a distrust of dentists and trauma. I only hope that she has improved - If not, BEWARE

I could not go to my appointment during covid. Or many others at that point because many places weren’t even taking on patients… It was explained to me that because I missed my follow ups that I had been dropped as a patient. I wanted to use this platform to say that I was disappointed and ultimately found a place in Tulsa that accepted my 50k for replacements. (Final stage October 3) I thought that my experience and plan up until this point were solid and that while I understand the policy I think sometimes “understanding before judgement” should apply.

This is the most beautiful, organized, and modern dental office I've ever seen. Not only is the office beautiful but the treatment from the staff is too. I came in with anxiety and left extremely calm and confident. The kind embrace, wisdom, and empathy from the staff is what helped me to relax. They also are extremely kid friendly.

Mrs. Karen Lais is the best! She is a must see for any of your dental needs! The entire staff is amazing and knows how to take care of their people. Associates of Dental Arts is truly the place to go!

Absolutely wonderful service. Everyone was extremely kind, compassionate, helpful. I hadn't been to a dentist in a long time but there was no shame, no pressure, no negativity from these wonderful people.

Dr. Kivit and staff are great! Very sweet demeanor. Excellent skill! Empathic and extremely careful to not cause pain regardless of the procedure. I'm very thankful to have Associates of Dental Arts as my dental health providers.

I am in serious awe. I'm terrified of the dentist, like most people I assume. I went for a check up because of some tooth pain. Sara, the lady helping me, explained to me that I had a bad tooth, which I was aware of. She told me that Dr. Kivitt would probably want to pull the tooth. Dr. Kivitt got back to us within 5 minutes and confirmed he was going to pull the tooth.. Within a couple weeks I was sitting back in the dentist chair and I had explained that I was very nervous . They put me at ease very nicely. After getting ready, he was pulling the tooth, seen I was just lightly uncomfortable, he then stopped, gave me a little more medicine and talked to me very calmly what he was doing and was cracking jokes the whole time. All in all, I'm not scared to go to the dentist anymore and everyone treated me as I was their own daughter. I felt very welcomed

Love Dr. Kivett & everyone who works at the office, extremely professional & make you feel comfortable during exams. They do extremely well with my adult son who has autism.

Best dentist I have ever experienced in my life. Considering I have had so many problems and had to see so many different dentist from several different states, he is by far the best !! No questions asked. Him and his staff are beyond amazing at what they do ! I highly recommend him! Even for kids !!!!

OMG. This group of people are the most professional people of this industry that I’ve ever encountered. They made sure I was always comfortable. The doctor is so talented with the dental arts. I’m so in love with this office. I’ll never go anywhere else.

Missed 2 appointments in 2016 and they will never schedule me an appointment again. Missed appointments due to i needed my tooth pulled sooner than a month out as my mouth was swollen the size of a baseball, but it’s cool a different dentist would be glad to take my money. 🤦🏻🤦🏻

I called on 3/2/20 in the morning asked for same day appointment they was able to work me in, I have terrible anxiety when it comes to going to a dentist, but they eased all my fears talked me through everything with no pressure, and was able to remove the tooth the same day.. I would highly recommend this office and their staff top notch all the way around very please with services

Business is ran like a well oiled machine, i manage for a large dealership and i pay very close attention to processes and the way things flow. This place flows like a well oiled machine and Dr. Kivett is a professional!

I go here every 6 months for a cleaning and the girls do an awesome job. Recently got a wisdom tooth removed. It was the most efficient and easy extraction I've ever witnessed. Top notch operation.
