I’ve never been seen here but my husband needed a root cancel our dentist couldn’t get him in for 3 weeks on. I called looking for a quicker appointment and the receptionist was beyond helpful. She answered all my questions regarding prices and even put my mind at ease on medication our doctor gave him when should could tell how stressed I was. She was so incredibly kind.

I started experiencing tooth pain and contacted Shine to schedule an appointment. They said since I was in pain that they would fit me in the following morning. Dr. Renger spent considerable time with me diagnosing the source of the pain and discussing my options going forward. A few days later the pain progressed to the point that it was becoming intolerable. I stopped by the office to speak with the staff about scheduling an appointment for a procedure. They knew I was in pain so they spoke to Dr. Renger and he asked me to wait just a few minutes so that he could at the very least ease my pain. I was called back almost immediately and Dr. Renger ended up performing the procedure that same day. I am very thankful for Shine's compassion and attention to the patient's care. Dr. Renger and his staff are the best in the business and I would absolutely recommend them without any reservation.

I appreciate the staff here ....I don't have dental insurance and can't afford most basic things and my teeth aren't the greatest and I'm very embarrassed about them but I have never felt judged by the staff or the doctor ...so thank u very much for that !! And I have nvr had any issues with the work I've had there

I don’t really like change, but when my husband convinced me to switch to Dr. Renger I have never looked back. The technology is first class, the atmosphere is nice and relaxing, and the team is very knowledgeable and friendly. They not only take care of what needs attention now, but they have promoted preventative care that will save me from future issues. I have had fillings, crowns, and a root canal and have been comfortable through all treatments. Dr. Renger is precise with his work. He is gentle and always asks if you are doing okay during treatments. He makes things easy to understand when he explains them. He is a great communicator and has a very calming nature. I highly recommend Dr. Renger. He is a perfectionist who will protect your teeth for life.

Had dental insurance and was told they were in my network by them. They told me it would be 150 before An extraction. After it was done was told insurance wasn’t willing to cover it all so now I would have to pay $350 at this point I’m starting to wonder how much A simple extraction cost. Then I get a bill in the mail for an additional $150. At this point I tell them you have changed it twice already, just because I have insurance doesn’t justify the amount of what I was getting changed. No matter how many times I try to appeal it and work it out with them to at least get an explanation of how much the total bill was for an extraction that did not require major surgery or gas. End up finding out later that this procedure they changed the insurance more then $500. Never have I heard of it being that expensive. Ask for cash price before getting any work done.

I have been absolutely thrilled with the service and the reasonable rates since I first visited Dr Renger years ago. So much that I choose to stay with him now even though he’s not in my network. My two young sons actually look forward to going to the Dentist because everyone there makes us feel like friends and family. After years of my own neglect, I’m finally addressing my teeth. Not only do they make sure I am physically comfortable, but make me proud I’m finally taking care of it. Never once have they made me feel embarrassed for my neglect. I happily recommend Shine Modern Dentistry to anyone, and yes I really do so in casual conversation.

Beautiful office and building. I went in because I was having tooth pain, and I was so sure I had a cavity. However, after inspection I was relieved with the news that I didn’t. Yay! Way to go! Anyways, I rated three stars because the doctor came in without knowing some basic knowledge of me, the patient... my age to be specific. Maybe he didn’t look at my chart or something, but it was quite embarrassing getting mistaken for a 14 year old then a 16 year old while being 19 years old. Despite that nonsense, I would still go back!

Everyone was extremely friendly and did an outstanding job. I would recommend them to anyone!!

Great place to see the dentist. Our whole family goes here now. Everyone is very nice, informative and professional. The building itself is welcoming and spacious. All of our visits have been great and they do a wonderful job. We highly recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Renger for several years, as has my son. I have been pleased with all services, from simple cleanings to tooth extraction and bridge work. The practice uses cutting edge technology, but still remains personable and compassionate. I would recommend Shine Modern Dentistry to anyone, especially if you're looking for a gentle dentist to trust for all your future dental needs.

I dont go to dentists for 1 none of them except Medicaid so people like me have to suffer from severe tooth pain day and night and the only thing that releaves the pain is putting maxium strengh orgel on every 5 mins just to knock out the severe tooth pain is i think im better off just to pull my teeth that cause severe pain then figure out how to remove my wisdom teeth by myself because i dont have millons of dollars to spend

Great service, good scheduling and quality dental work

The hygienists and equipment are professional and top notch. But the office staff needs to learn how to bill insurance. They overcharge to the point we receive an additional bill even after the basic insurance covered cleaning. Overlooking that fact for years we went ahead and tried the sleep apnea test and treatment. After we were assured insurance would cover and moved forward with the agreed treatment we were surprised with no coverage and a $2,500 bill.

Hands down the best experience I've had when visiting the dentist. Dr Dodds put me at ease as soon as in set down. She was professional, and competent. I've found my dentist

I've been a patient of Dr Renger for 10 years. The staff is amazing and Dr. Renger does great work. Going to the dentist is not an unpleasant experience. The team is helpful in setting appointments and explaining procedures that need done. I've called a number of times with emergencies and they are always so helpful to get me in as quickly as possible. Amazing team and I wouldn't go anywhere else!
