Called to set an appointment, was told they had an opening at 4 pm but they couldn’t schedule it yet due to not opening til 10 am so I was instructed to call back. Called back 30 minutes later at 10 am and apparently nobody remembers talking to me, they don’t have any available appointments and they won’t verify my insurance same day for my first appointment in attempt to force me to pay full cost for the evaluation and ultimately just seem like a major scam. Plus The building looks sketchy.

I hate dentist and because of it I have not seen dentist for a while. I went to Dr. Yip after one of my crown chipped. I was scared and had bad anxiety but he made me feel like it will be fine and did excellent job. I can now say my experiencing about dentist is change because of him. The whole parkhill dentist are amazing caring and understanding and there to help their patient. I will recommend Dr.Yip to anyone that hates dentist he is the best and will make you feel safe.
