Smile Palace - Kansas City

The pain I was was so unbearable, I was crying searching for a dental office that would help me ,everyone was high even with my insurance. I received a call from Shonda at Smile Palace ! She was like a gift from Heaven, I was so thankful she scheduled me an appointment that day! I went into the office where I was examined by Essence(Dental Assistant)… Essence was very professional with everything .. I was told I had to get a tooth extraction , which was very discouraging for me being only 30yrs old.. But they made sure everything was took care of and even offered a line of credit to help pay for the replacement …Shout out to Dr Lee for the extraction I’m so thankful Smile Palace !!!

Very friendly staff, I was at ease wonderful service they got right to it I didn't have to wait long from start to finish and was very affordable!!!!!

Best care ever! Their prices are super affordable for those like myself, that are waiting for their health insurance and other benefits to kick in. The staff there are so welcoming, informative, patient, etc. I can not say enough great things about SMILE PALACE!

Does Dr Cannon still practice?

I recently had a cleaning with Dr. Shah and it was an amazing experience! The staff were so nice, the office was clean, great music and just a great environment overall. This is a place I can trust for myself and my child so I will definitely be back again.

Dr Dishani Shah solved my heat sensitivity issue and chewing problems and I avoided having a root canal.

This is my favorite place of all time. I personally went to the smile palace from age 4 to 21 (yes 21). They were seriously the best, I get emotional thinking about my visits there. I stopped going when Dr Cannon wasn’t there as much. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

The place smelled good and clean not only in appearance. With Covid going on this is one place is feel comfortable visiting with a child.

Dr. Shah and her staff were absolutely amazing when I came in for my visit. The office was extremely clean and looked so new! I received a really thorough exam and everything was explained to me with my insurance. I definitely feel confident coming back to this office and will recommending to friends and family. It's also nice that I can bring the whole family here, not just kids or just adults, but the whole family!

It was a pretty bad experience from start to finish. They were all nice but not knowledgeable or trustworthy enough for me to go back for dental work. A red flag was the billing clerk having no idea what a predetermination was, and the equipment is outdated. Very nice people but not somewhere I could return, unfortunately.

Came in for an extraction and it went extremely well. Staff is super kind and Dr. Shah made sure I didn't feel any pain through my procedure.

everyone is so kind and gentle, i’m terrified of dentists but Dr. Shah did an amazing job. 100/10 recommend.

I couldn't be more pleased with the the service and people at Smile Palace ,one of my front teeth crown had broke off and it was not something that could wait and they got me right in and explained what needed to be done ,thank you Smile Palace

Yesterday I felt some pain and swelling so I needed to get into a dentist quickly. I called Smile Palace and they were able to get me in quickly which I was happy about! More importantly though, I was greeted by a friendly front desk person and a smile. I met a couple of the other ladies there I initially who were very attentive, and also very friendly. They made sure I was comfortable and they understood what brought me in. Then I met DR. Shaw, who did a wonderful job! The whole time she made sure I didn't feel any pain and that I remained comfortable! Also, I saw them interact with another new patient who was a little boy. They came into the lobby, spoke to him on his level and immediately made happy to be at the dentist. I also have a little boy and am excited to have found a dentist I can take my family to. We live in Olathe, but will happily make the drive to continue going to this office!

My daughter had her very first visit to the dentist to be checked and cleaned. Very AMAZING experience. First off Erica was so sweet and nice from the first phone call of scheduling the appointment. Erica is a great face for the company very professional. Secondly Bailey was just as sweet to my little girl - praised her when she was great doing the x-rays and cleanings. Lastly when we met Dr. Shai we were so impressed. Very professional and easy to talk with. So impressed myself and husband are going to be clients as well. 10 STARS thanks SMILE PALACE : )

My son needed an ER extraction. I called and Ericka put me at ease immediately. She made the whole process seemless. Dr. Shah took excellent care of my son. I made the call, had him in the office and home in a matter of hours. Call Ericka if you need guidance or have questions. She was very professional and positive. I highly recommend this practice.

I had a great experience here. I was helped by Princess before and during my appointment; Dr. Shah did an excellent job with my fillings. I have been coming here since I was a child, and everyone that works here is always very friendly and helpful. I love coming in and talking to Ms. Nicci at the front desk, she’s always very kind and there with a smile.
