Staff gracefully dealt with my inexperience with insurance. Hygienist made me feel welcome and comfortable with my various dental problems (and was very efficient!) Then the team and doctor was able to do a needed procedure the day I got in! This place is great!!!

First time being here. The staff was very courteous. I was in terrible pain and they made service available within 24 hours. The Dentist and his assistant were very understanding and did a great job. They made me a believer, this will be my dentist from here on...

I've been going to this place for a couple of years, starting with a major dental problem. At first, even though they twisted a tooth and left it like that for the bridge, I found the dentist and staff friendly and flexible to a truck driver's schedule, and the work done was ok. Had to get another foot canal and bridge, and that was excellent. However, the last few visits really show how vital an experienced staff can be. They scheduled me for June, they said, because that was when my benefits renewed - got my exam and they billed insurance for a cleaning (it was not a cleaning). When the insurance denied it, I was pretty upset, noting that they specifically said the appointment was scheduled for when my benefits renewed, but they didn't renew until July. At the exam, it was noted that I needed a specific type of cleaning due to periodontal disease and was scheduled for 10am today. When I called a few days early to see if they could see me early, they said my appointment was actually at 10:10 and they couldn't see me early. I showed up at 09:30, they said my appointment was 09:10 but they would see me anyway, but not until I paid for their mistake of scheduling me before benefits renewed. As it turns out, they scheduled me for a regular cleaning, which was not what I needed. I thought I got it all straight and they proceeded with one quadrant, then said that's all they could do today. As a truck driver, my time is valuable and I have to jump through fire-laced hoops to make appointments, so this kind of nonsense doesn't work for me. And, really, they could not explain to me why I would be scheduled for a regular cleaning when the Deep cleaning and scaling was necessary, except to say that the schedule didn't know that. I hope they get their team working right eventually. But, for now, I'm switching to another dentist. This is a good place if you have had regular dental care and live in town - not if you've neglected your teeth and are a truck driver.

Not recommended as they do not check your benefits. Be ready to expect a bill that's 90 days over, to please pay immediately. My daughter had went in for an annual check up. They did the Exam, FMX X-rays, Panoramic Image, Prophy Cleaning and Fluoride/Varnish services. They have written off everything and or was paid by the Insurance, except the FMX X-rays and the Fluoride/Varnish. Spoke to Shelby and Kayla who states the Insurance does not provide any Members histories, but was aware of the Insurances frequency. That is a lie as all Insurance companies do provide history whether it's in their office or not. My daughter had an FMX X-rays recently elsewhere, a year or two ago. The frequency on that is once every 5years. The Flouride/Varnish is only covered for children age 15 and under. The office was not willing to admit that they didn't check the benefits, yet alone waive it. Preventative services are covered at 100%. My daughter and/or anyone in that matter should not be responsible for it. They only care about the money they make and not the Patients health or care. The office has declined to waive the bill. I now have to file an Appeal and Grievance with my Insurance with the possibility of Fraud as well.

My Dental Hygienist was Genevieve. She was very professional, informative and knowledgeable. She explained every step of the cleaning process and did a thorough cleaning. This had to be one of the best and painless cleanings I have ever had. When my visit with Genevieve was finished, I had a clear understanding of what my next steps where for additional work that needs to be done and she set up my appointments for me.

Normally I’m very happy with this dentist, but today I felt like I was charged wrong. They coded it as a periodontal maintenance. It was just a teeth cleaning! Not happy!
