Got a filling. Excellent, efficient, quick work. Staff was polite and caring. Great experience.

Brian Hoffman was extremely rude to my lady and laughed at her because she wanted a tooth pulled. Made her feel terrible to the point of tears. I never leave a review but this was bad 👎

Due to a change in insurance we needed to find a new dentist. In January, I called to be sure they took our insurance and at that time I made an appointment for my husband to have a tooth extracted and for myself for an exam and cleaning. I showed up for my appointment on March 9 and I was not on the schedule. I was told they could not get me in until June. This kind of incompetence is inexcusable. They didn't even try to rectify their mistake by trying to squeeze me in sooner. Your first impression of a business is with the receptionists. If they show such incompetence then it makes you wonder about the rest of the staff. I will be looking for a different dentist.

Holly was just wonderful. She helped me by updating the extent of my treatment after some deferred care on my part.

The appointment process was easy, the service was good, and it's always nice being greeted by Stephanie.

Everyone was very friendly. The dentist and hygienist were very informative and helpful. I told the receptionist and the assistant that. I can only do $3000 a year and they said no problem. They set up an appointment for the following week, which surprised me. I expected a bit longer than that, which made me happy. I’m looking forward to seeing the dentist again.

Everyone I have met here has been absolutely amazing! They have been exceptionally able to get me numb with the first injection, which has been an issue my whole adult life. Have been very pleased with the care and professionalism I have received here! Thank you all so much. And thanks for answering all of my questions!

Rude receptionist. Told me they could see me then told me I needed xrays from my previous dentist. Wasted my time driving to the office only to be told they couldn't see me. Have no consideration for other people's time!

First time patient and I was very pleased. "Jackie" and Dr. Naeim were very thoroughly and pleasant to deal with. They explained every thing they were doing, provided a plan to improve my dental health with a defined, written explanation of what my cost would be and what my insurance would cover. Will be returning for my future dental needs. The ladies at the front desk were also quite helpful.

I couldn't ask for a better experience. The office staff was prompt and efficient. My dental assistant was friendly and attentive to my concerns. My doctor was clear with his explanation and down to business and made sure that I was completely comfortable during the procedure. My procedure was done quickly with no issues. I am a highly anxious person when it comes to dental work but was completely at ease.

The place was clean the people were friendly and thorough. It seemed that everyone there was there to help me and make me the best that they could.

10/10 I am terrified of the dentist and they made me feel so safe. I went in bc of nerve pain in my tooth and they had me in surgery to fix it within 15 mins. They had a pillow for my neck and sunnies and already scheduled me in for a next appointment in the same week and a 6 month cleaning.

I felt like the team here was completely dedicated to giving me a good experience. I mostly worked with Dr. Naeim and Aubrey, but everyone I worked with here did a great job. When I came in for a temporary crown, they went out of their way to make sure I was happy and comfortable with it. When the permanent crown came in, it was perfect. Everyone made every procedure as painless as possible. I especially appreciate how much the team communicated with me. They made sure to let me know what they were doing at every step. Dr. Naeim clearly explained my oral health and treatment plan to me and answered any questions I had, and Aubrey suggested multiple options for my treatment plan to fit in my budget and schedule. Everyone here is patient, communicative, and relaxing to be around. Highly recommend!

Staff are helpful & friendly. Hygienist is fast, efficient, knowledgeable & explains in layman’s terms anything you ask. Dr looks about 12 but is friendly, personable & doesn’t try to “upsell” services. Definitely recommend this clinic!

Avoid at all costs. The ladies at the front desk aren’t pleasant or helpful. They never get your coverage correct and get upset when questions are asked. Dr. Jones has moved back to Arkansas so you’ll be seen by a completely different person with less experience unfortunately. This is NOT the Spring View Dental I remember. Avoid.
