I enjoy my visits, especially the quality care plus learning new things, which is remarkable looking back on a lifetime of dentist visits.

Every visit has been a pleasant experience, from the receptionist, to the hygienist, to the dentists.

Super helpful and friendly. I was going to a different dentist office here in town and unfortunately had a crown they did break twice on me! The first time said office replaced it free of charge (it had broken in less than a year after having gotten it done). The second time it broke I called them up and they refused to honor the warranty because I hadn't come back to them for regular cleanings. So I called up Dr. Francis' office and they got me in within 2 days and gave me multiple options to choose from to remedy the problem, instead of trying to pressure me into the most expensive option. So because of this I have now switched dental offices to Dr Francis and will be going there from here on out.

Two recent visits-one with my 96 yr old mother. A molar had broken off, but the root needed to be removed to avoid infection. I was able to get an appointment with Dr Francis within 24 hours of calling. All the staff and Dr Francis were so caring and really helped Mom to relax and have a successful removal of the root. The second, was myself and a crack in a molar at the back of my mouth. Dr Ferguson and her assistant were so cordial and efficient with the whole process. Ivy, at the front desk is so friendly, and always with a smile ready to take care of all the other details.

This place has been solid to me the last couple years .

I changed dentists after inquiring from friends as to who they recommended. Dr. Francis exceeded my expectations! He is very warm and personable, taking an interest in me as well as my teeth! He is straight forward with his assessment of my condition and need for any work to be done. His staff is super friendly and made me feel very at home! I look forward to my next visit!

I have never felt this welcomed and taken care of at any kind of medical office. The whole team was incredibly sweet and kind. They got my husband and me in earlier than expected and scheduled a follow-up appointment for me in a very timely manner. They clearly explained any questions we had, they joked with us and generally made us feel as comfortable as possible while providing in depth knowledge and top quality care. I personally associated with Ivy, Bree and Dr. Brian Francis the most. All of them and everyone else I spoke with were incredible people in their own right, but having them all on a team together made for a wonderful experience. Do not hesitate if you have the option to use this office as your dental provider.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Dr. Brian Francis is AMAZING!!! My son and I both go here and will never go anywhere else. Great staff! We both went to another dentist and were given "quotes" for all the work we needed done. My son's quote was $10,000 and mine was $3500. We go to Dr. Francis and ironically I didn't need any of the work I was quoted for and my son's bill was WAY cheaper then the other dentist. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. FRANCIS. :)

Very friendly service and staff. I felt like my needs were attended to and every step and procedure was well explained

Dental assistant had no clue what she was doing and spent half an hour attempting to take 2 xrays and pictures of my teeth, which ended up being extremely uncomfortable Dentist was rude. Hygienist was so sweet and amazing. But it took them 2.5 hours to do my cleaning/appt and I have zero issues, great health.

I can't tell you how wonderful our experience was with Dr Francis and Jessica. My son had an emergency and the both of them went out of their way to help him. I can not say enough good things about them! We have a new dentist now. Thank you

Honestly this has been the best dental office I've ever been to. The staff doesn't berate you about your dental hygiene. They're professional, they do an impeccable job at remembering you, and their quality of work and service is next to none!

From scheduling to cleaning, exam and exit, the staff was professional, friendly, efficient and kind. Thankful for the positive reviews of others that helped me select Dr Gustafson. Kudos to her great team - Ivy, Jessica, Ashley and staff
