Although nobody likes going to the dentist - I can't imagine anyone not having a good dental experience here. When you walk in you are introduced to a kind and very competent receptionist. That is followed by meeting their bright and caring assistants and receiving genuinely compassionate and knowledgeable care from Dr. Shimamoto. He does a thorough job of answering your questions and addressing your concerns. To paint a more colorful picture, here is a comparison. While some places throw every kind of diagnostic test, scan, tarot-reading, chakra-balance, and aura reading at you followed by presenting you with a five-page list of recommendations before even addressing the reason for your visit, Dr. Shimamoto utilizes his professional judgment to deliver the precise, competent treatment plan that you actually need. The entire experience is composed of a balance of professionalism, respect and friendliness that leaves you feeling comforted because you know you are in good hands.
